𝗔 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗝𝗨𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗥𝗦 and a mudded van waited outside as the Gallagher's were brought out one by one from their home. Spencer clutched onto Liam, his tiny hands gripped to her softly. When she stepped through the pardoned gate and saw one of the social workers approach her, she immediately handed him to a scared Debbie, sending over something that could've been akin to an affirming smile.

None of this was right. The surprise drop in, the forced removal, the lack of an explanation. There family out there in the city, in their neighbourhood even, who needed emergency attention more. And yet here they were, muddling up a family that for the most part...hadn't been in the gulf of any overly concerning disasters since the end of last month.

What was worse was how they were being taken out. In single order, piled into a cold vehicle with no clue as to what was going to happen. Or why on earth any of this was even happening in the first place to begin with ?

Spencer stook aback in lieu with the one social workers orders. Another shut the front door to the van and bended the corner, and her heart plummeted to the caverns of her stomach. Elaine fucking Zháo. Her social worker. It made sense why she'd been lingering around her home now, throwing out deciphered excuses that she was only there 'external reasons'. She'd been there for one reason and one reason only. To dig up dirt and make a sustainable case.
