The news of Tenzin and Lin's breakup spread like wildfire, it wasn't surprising when people showed up to the Beifong residence begging to speak to Lin. Toph definitely didn't enjoy it at all, and threatened to arrest them for harassment and trespassing.
Lin also didn't enjoy it, she had blocked out all of her windows and stayed tucked in her bed. I tried to bring her food but she screamed at me to leave, and so I did. Even if she was upset, I wasn't going to cross her boundaries.
"Y/N." Suyin called, startling me out of my sleep. "Lin is gone."
"What do you mean Lin is gone?" I ask, rubbing my eyes. "It means exactly what I said, use your brain." Su grumbled, "Is anyone looking for her?" I ask again, "mom is right now. I was about to head out but I thought you and Izumi would want to help look for her. Y'know, because Izumi is her best friend and you're- I'm not sure what you are."
"Give me a minute to get dressed." I reply, almost immediately.

"Its been hours, should we split up?" Izumi asked, I nodded and set off towards the docks. I assumed the others split off in their own direction. I kept to myself, passing the citizens of Republic City. "Y/N?" A called, snapping me out of my self-dialog. "Yes?" I ask. Bumi wraps his arms around me. "Goodness, you scared me!" I laugh, "have you guys found Lin yet?" He asks, "not yet, I don't know where she could have possibly went." I reply. "Let's look together?" Bumi recommends, and I comply.
