Chapter 16 - What's up with him?

"Tami, anyone home?" Gina snapped her fingers in front of my face.

"Really ginger." I whipped by head to look at her.

"Yeah as soon as we mentioned the name Michael, you drifted off to never land." She laughed.

"Come on, give Tami a chance you did the same when you started off with Sam, and you still do, so chill." Lucy glared at Gina, who sunk her blushing face into Samson's chest.

Samson smile down at Gina and gave lucy a thumbs up.

"So tell me again how did you and Michael came to school in the same car, with similar outfit?" She gave me quizzical look. Gina peeked up from Samson's chest.

"Well er," I stirred on the blanket. "Long story?" My voice was way to squeaky.

"We got time." Gina sat up in Sam's lap.

"Umm he slept over." Gina and lucy jaw dropped. "Yurp. We did some studying and homework, and then we fell asleep."

"The two of you only?" Lucy asked.

"No, mom and dad was home, but mom let him in the house, next thing he shows up in front of my bedroom door."

"Waw."

"What did your dad say and your mom reaction in the morning." Gina laughed.

"He was too busy with mom, but mom made breakfast for us and and acted as a paparazzi." We all laughed, even Paul who was quiet as usual.

"Where's Michael though?"

"With his team."

"Oh yeah."

"Where's Lacy?" I looked around.

"Ummm, with a teacher catching up on some work." Lucy shrugged.

"Speaking of Lacy, did you see how kyle's eyes were glued to her, and she does the thing you and lucy does, when boys are gaping."

"Lol what?" I tried to stop laughing.

"Ignore, brush it off, act like they dont exist." Gina listed.

"Tell me about it." Paul scoffed.

Lucy turned to look at him surprised, but he said nothing.

"I'll tell her about it." Lucy said embarrassed.

I got to my feet, helping Samson up.

"Isn't this suppose to go the other way round?" I pursed my lips.

"I always do it, so once won't hurt." He stood beside me and helped gina.

I helped Paul up and he helped Lucy to her feet. We all walked to the hallway.

Gina, Lucy, Lacy and I sat on the bleachers waiting for the boy's sports practice to end. Michael had football, Paul had basketball and Samson soccer.

"It should end in approximately twenty five mins." Lucy looked at her phone.

"So what you girls wanna do? I mean we got twenty five minutes to spare." Gina asked.

"Umm we could grab some ice cream." I suggested.

"Kool, Lacy you in right?" Lucy smiled at her.

"Yeah cool." She removed her earbuds.

"Yeah, and I know you new and all, but we got some serious girl talking to get down too." Gina grabbed her arm.

"Don't make her nervous." I could see Lacy was looking nervous, I would too.
