-Michael-

After dropping Tamika home. I thought about this afternoon, on my way home. I mean I thought about her a lot. She's not like other girls. Like I've been with more girls than I could count, wasn't about that love life, more into the sex. I was never really attracted to a girl like I was to Tamika. Well except for Britney. Bitch.

But with Tamika there's always this heat that's between us every time we touched and when I kissed her the heat was uncontrollable. I actually closed my eyes and felt it. It was real.

I took a bottle of beer and went into the backyard unto the patio. Why the fuck is the shy girl on my mind! I mean she's beautiful and smart, funny and bold. You like her damnit! I took a swig of beer.

I pulled my phone from my pants pocket and scrolled through the contact.

"Asia, Connie." Girls flooded my phone, but I only wanted to speak to her. I finished off my beer and went inside.

I tried contacting my mom, but I was directed straight to voicemail.

"Hey mom, hope you and Max are alright. Greet grans for me. I love you. Share my love. Bye." I ended the call. And headed into the kitchen and finally noticed a note on the refrigerator.

Working late tonight. Don't wait up for me.

No other than from my dad. Who's probably with a hoe right this instant. I rolled my eyes at the thought.

I took out a tuna sandwich, which was all I could manage since I was at a loss of appetite. And went to my room.

~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Come back!" I woke up startled, holding my chest. I frantically looked around. I placed my head in my hands, noticing that I was still in bed. "What is wrong with me?" I stalked to the bathroom and took a quick shower.
I jogged down the stair and into the kitchen. My dad was drinking some coffee and reading the daily newspaper. I opened the cupboard and pulled out a jar of peanut butter. I layed out two slices of bread and spread peanut butter on each.
"Good morning, Michael." My dad looked up from reading.
"Good morning." I took a bite out of a slice of bread.
"I would be out of state for the weekend." He looked at his watch.
"Where ya heading this time?" I took another bite of bread.
"Florida." He continued on reading.
"OK." I continued eating my breakfast.
The hallways were noisey as usual. I mean it's Friday!
"W'dup bruh." Kyle fist bumped me. It's Friday." His brown hair matched his wicked brown eyes. We have been friends since kindergarten. Not one time we weren't in trouble together.
"Party!! Whhooo!!!" He turned towards the massive crowd of people who gathered behind us. Give people space! They shouted back.
I don't think Tamika has met Kyle. Perfect definition of jerk. Some cheerleaders passed by eyeing at the both of us. Except two at the back, who looked deep in conversation. Tamika. She's a cheerleader?! I pulled on one of the girls passing through.
