Sunghoon

I am currently relaxing in the house as there are no works today as Jay said so. And guess who's having the day of his life , . .

Yes, it is indeed Sunoo. He's been jumping from one sofa to another and then he landed on me and then the cycle continues. He's definitely enjoying the time he finally sees me not doing anything.

I'm kinda guilty because I don't play with him like how I used to before and I am always busy so I am making this day a happy one for him.

On the other hand, Jay has not been home for a week now and we rarely see each other in the office these days so I am feeling worried for him. He calls us sometimes to check on things but he don't pick up when we call him.

"Oh Sunghoon, I'll be cooking for lunch, would you like something?"

"I'm not sure. . . cook as you please. . . no garlic of course."

Jake laughed as he gave me a thumbs up.

"Ok . . I will call you then. This will he quick. . I'm cooking some chicken. . . oh will Sunoo be fine with his porridge tasting like chicken?"

"Yeah . . that'd be nice. . ."

"Okie . ."

Don't be surprised if Jake and I are acting like this. Well we got comfortable with each other after we had a small talk in Jay's office. That's a steppingstone and Jake is really a great company. He's so different from all the wolves I have encountered before.

I don't see any hint of violence and anger from him. He's just so gentle and he is warm. I mean not the literal temperature but. . you know what I mean.

We're not that close either but I think we're getting there. We just casually approach each other in the company building and talk about random stuff like outfits or even accessories of our fellow workers. I also apologized to him many times that he will just laugh at me.

You can't blame me. I hurt him and he has done nothing but be good to me.

I kept apologizing and he kept saying "we're fine . . " .

You have no idea how happy those words made me. And to think that always cares for us, I can't help but feel bad.

"Hey Sunshine. . . you hear that? You'll be having chicken porridge. .are you excited?"

I never made my son's porridge because it is either I make it too watery or too dry  or too salty and too bland. Even Sunoo gags at them. My mom makes his food but she always use vegetable stock.

Wait, . .  why didn't I thought of chicken or even meat stock? My kid will need some protein too.

"Son . . . Sunoo needs his bath now . . "

Ah . . bath time . .

I picked up the babbling baby on the floor and we headed to the bathroom for his bath.

My mom took him from me as up to this day, I cannot bathe him because I'm too scared I might squish him too hard. You can't blame me, he's as soft as a marshmallow, how can I not squsih him?

I was about to leave the bathroom when he began to thrash around and splashing water everywhere.

I laughed as I just stayed in his sight.

"Are you trying to be mad at me?"

He just laughed and continues to play with the soap bubbles around him.
