Sunghoon

I'm more than happy, I'm floating with happiness although that's physically possible.

That night after we talk, I decided to try and sleep with Jake in his room after mom agreed to take Sunoo. That boy is slowly adapting to the other residents in the house, I have Jungwon to thank for that.

I woke up the next day and his face is the first I saw which is new to me but makes my day. I mean, imagine waking up with the one you love beside you.

To me, I love how his head is safely resting on my chest as I wrap my arms around him.

We had our breakfast earlier than the others as they are still asleep before we drove to the sea. The sun is still asleep when we reached the spot where I let my wife free.

"Are you alright?"

He smiled as I wrap the blanket around him and we sat on the blanket I spread on the sand.

We stayed quiet for a while before he spoke.

"How did you two meet?"

"Well, we met every meeting. . . in the village, the chief will call for a meeting and every member of the village is required to attend. . . to cut it short, I first met her there when she was introduced as a new member of the village. . . she spoke to me and we hit it off immediately. . . "

"I bet she's so nice as she's beautiful. ."

"You saw her right?"

Jake nodded with a smile.

"The first and last time I saw her was the moment I first saw you.  .  When she announced her pregnancy to you . . . how did you know that she's the person you want to spend the lifetime with?"

"I feel it . . every time we're together, I see my future with her. ."

I felt a tear ran down my cheek when I recall the time we were married which is for a short time before she was taken away from me.

"If she didn't die in the attack, then we meet. . . what will you do?"

I look at him realizing he's also looking at me before I lean in and peck his nose.

"I'm sorry to say but honestly, if that happens, I will literally do anything to make us stay away from you . .  I mean, you're a wolf. . . but if she was here right now, . . . I don't think we would not happen . ."

To be honest, knowing me, I would be with her and Sunoo all the time and I will not have the time to deal with my hatred for wolves.

Howeever, if Jake and I didn't happen, I wouldn't have the chance to avenge my loved ones who were killed by the wolves and until now, the peace I have now inside me won't happen.

"Then . . . I . --"

"But I know everything happens for a reason. . . I know what you're thinking but please don't think that way. .I'm not with you because I have no one to love. . . I'm with you because I want to and because I want to give you the love you deserve. . . Jake, this is too soon but I hope you accept me"

I'm sweating and I don't know how because I don't sweat. Maybe this is how it feels to be with someone you want to care so bad but don't know how to do so.

Jake then stood up and walk towards the water before speaking to someone I am certain is not me.

"Hi . . . are you doing fine there?. . I know you knew what is going on with you son and well, your husband but . . . I hope you're fine with me loving them both. I don't know why I was given Sunghoon as my mate when he have you but,  I hope you're not mad at me or something because I can't help but love him. . . Sunghoon told me he wants to love me too and I'm so happy. You have no idea. But can I really let him love me? In the future, can I really call him 'mine'? You for sure dont know me so I understand if you don't trust me but, I assure you that you can trust me. Wolves can be wicked too but I promise, I can love and take care of them "
