I am happy that Jake is taking what happen in a positive note and I'm so proud of him. He's an amazing wolf and how he handles himself in these situations amazes me to the core. It makes him more beautiful in my eyes.

After he put on some clothes, I held his hands as he limped to the door and seriously, I felt sorry for him but he's just adorable.

"Want me to carry you?"

He pouted before shaking his head. I just carried him before flying downstairs. I forgot I can also fly in my human form.

Upon arriving in the kitchen, we saw everyone already seated on the chairs so I placed Jake on the chair before placing plates in front of him and some food.

"Good morning guys . . "

Jake greeted them as they awkwardly just nodded at us.

I look around to look for my son and I saw him comfortably seated on Riki's lap as he played with a fox plushie. Since when did they got close that my son didn't even look at me when I enter the kitchen?

"Sunghoon, how are you feeling? . . you almost died yesterday"

"I'm fine mom . . but I'm glad you didnt have a heart attack. ."

"I almost had son, but thankfully you're fine now . . . thank you Jakey"

Mom ruffled Jake's hair as they shared smiles.

My son seems to hear my voice when he began to look around until his eyes landed on me and tears began to fill his fox like eyes.

"Daddy!"

He jumped off of Riki's lap before crawling towards me, his fox plush now left on the dining table. I met him halfway as I immediately carried him and hug him as tight as I can. Imagine if I died, I don't know how my son would take it in. And I don't know if I even have another luxury called time to carry him like this.

"I'm here sunshine . . its alright"

"Da - daddy"

"Sshh . . . its alright"

What an honor to hear him call me and it is his first word. He's so precious.

I pulled away from his hug as I slowly wiped his tears and from that moment, I realized how lucky I really am. And starting from that time in the dining room, Sunoo never left my hold. Until we finished breakfast, I noticed how Riki kept on avoiding my gaze every time I look at him.

I assisted Jake in standing up before he went to the living room. He must be hurting really bad.

I tried to make Sunoo get off of me for a while so I can fix our table but he just hold onto me more.

"Sunshine, I have to --"

I didn't even finish my sentence when he glared at me making me just wrap my arms around him to fix his position.

"Don't worry about it Sunghoon. . Riki and I will fix the table. . "

"Thanks Jay. . . and as for you, let's go play with Wonie ok?"

We headed to the living room where Sunoo thankfully went to play with Jungwon who looks. . . sad?

I place a kiss on his forehead making him giggle before I walked back to the kitchen where Jay is with Riki. Jay also looked so down as he place the dishes into the sink.

"Riki . . can you leave us for a moment?"

The kid obediently nodded before taking the plushie that Sunoo left on the table and heading out.
