The last 7 weeks I spent laying in bed watching tv. I got my casts off last week but was told to rest for an extra week. JJ hadn’t been home much and if he was it was only for a few minutes. He was always talking about Bella lately, Bella this, Bella that. It was making me so mad. I climb out of bed and walk to the kitchen.
“Morning bird. Morning Sarah,” I say, grabbing a cup out of the cupboard.
“Goodmorning,” Sarah says, with a huge smile.
“Morning,” John B says.
“Okay.. what happened. You both are in two different moods. That’s not normal,” I say with a laugh.
“I made John B get up at 5am to go for a run with me,” Sarah says.
“Yea and it sucked,” John B complained.
“You need the exercise,” I say. I fill my cup up with water and take a drink. “Any plans for today?”
John B looks down at his phone and types something. My phone dings in my pocket. I pull it out and see a message from the group chat.

My heart dropped. I really didn’t want her to come. I look up from my phone and see John B staring at me.
“Do you want her to come?” He asks.
“Yea, it’ll be fun,” I say, forcing a smile. I look back down at my phone.

“It’s 10:30 so Im gonna go get my swimsuit on,” I tell John B and Sarah.
“Do you have one I can borrow? All mine are dirty,” Sarah asks.
“Yea, of course. Come on,” I say, walking toward my bedroom. When we get to my room I shut the door behind us and go over to my dresser. I open up my bottom drawer, looking through the bikini’s.
“I can tell you don’t want her there and honestly neither do I.” Sarah says.
“Yea, but it’s okay. JJ’s happy and that’s all that matters.” I say. I pull out a peach colored bikini. “Do you like this one?”
“Yea, I’ll go put it on. Thank you,” She says walking out of my room, shutting the door behind her. I grab a lavender one, this one is JJ’s favorite. He told me one night when we were laying in the hammock that lavender was my color. I decide to put it on just to get his attention. When I’m done I brush my hair and walk back out to the living room.
“Oh my god, you look so good in that,” I tell Sarah. She looked gorgeous in my bikini. “You should keep it, it looks way better on you than it does me.”
“Awe thanks, but look at you Mrs. Sexy,” She says with a laugh.
“Where’d John B go?” I ask.
“He’s already on the boat, we should prolly head out there before he gets mad,” She says with a laugh.
We walk out of the house and I trip down the porch stairs. Sarah starts crying laughing at me.
“Your so goddamn stupid,” She says still laughing.
“Yea, yea, yea, I know.” I say laying on the ground. “Now help me up.” She reaches her hand down and I grab it. She pulls me up onto my feet.
“Okay, now let's go,” She says, still laughing. We walk to the boat.
“What took y'all so long?” John B asks.
“Well you see, this dumb bitch fell down the porch stairs,” I say, pointing at myself.
Sarah starts laughing again. “It was so funny.”
“I bet it was,” John B says, smirking. “JJ, should be here any minute.”
Sarah and I go sit at the front of the boat.
Sarah leans over and whispers in my ear, “I’m gonna fix your hair real quick and make you look super hot, I see JJ and Bella walking up the driveway right now.”
“Okay,” I say.
She leans over and fixes my hair, making it shape my face perfectly. She then fixes my bathing suit top showing more cleavage.
“Hey!” JJ says walking across the dock. He jumps in and reaches his hand out helping Bella in.
“What’s up,” John B says.
“Hi,” Sarah and I say at the same time.
“Jinx!” I say. “Can’t talk until I say your name 3 times.”
JJ sits down at the back of the boat and Bella sits on his lap. She was also wearing a lavender colored bikini except hers was smaller on her and showed off her ass and tits. I wonder if he told her that lavender looked good on her. I think Sarah realized I was staring at them because she nudged my arm.
“Sarah, Sarah, Sarah.” I say.
“Thank you,” She says.
John B starts driving toward The Wreck’s dock.
