Luke's pov-

I don't know what I'm doing, or why I'm doing it. I grabbed the cart from the front and headed into the store, telling myself to head back, go back to my car and go home. My body gave in, continuing to walk down the long aisles.

My eyes wandered the whole place, looking for that one worker. He and I had bumped eachother a couple of days ago, and I couldn't help but remember him. Well, when we collided, I fell and all my groceries fell on the floor. I would've been mad, since I was having a bad day in the first place, but when I looked up and saw him, I couldn't help but stare. Drinking all his features in the two seconds our eyes met.

He probably thought that I was glaring at him though, as he gave me a quick apology, grabbed my stuff and handed it back to me, quickly running off to wherever he was needed.

The memory still makes my heart beat faster. His blue eyes, his orange curly hair, and his pink lips along with his sprinkled freckles. I shook my head, stirring my cart away from a dull looking worker, not wanting the same out come with another person. I got a few stares here and there. It was probably because I've been in the store for five minutes now, and haven't grabbed a single thing.

I sighed and turned to my right, grabbing a pack of microwavable popcorn.

_

It's been like, what- ten minutes? And not a single sight of the worker. To be honest, he could have a random work schedule, and I could be doing this all for nothing. I looked down to my cart at all the random bullshit I've been grabbing.

Coffee grounds, three bags of different chips, frozen vegetables, ice pops, green tea pocky, and five pounds of ribs. Not exactly an ideal dinner, but it's whatever. I'm not here for the food anyways. I was getting tired of looking through the store though, and I haven't seen that worker at all. I sighed to myself.

"What the fuck am I doing..." I whispered, rubbing my eyes with the palms of my hands. I did a big u-turn and headed back to the checkout areas. I didn't look up as I had started to load my stuff onto the conveyor belt, setting a divider behind my stuff. I grabbed my wallet out of my back pocket and grabbed a fifty, not really wanting to grab out three tens.

"Are you the guy that I crashed into a few days ago?" I heard a small voice. I finally looked up, and met eye's with the cashier. The same blue eyes that I was met with a few days ago. I mentally banged my head against a wall. Of course he wasn't in the aisles, he was a cashier. He bumped into me while muttering something about 'waiting' and 'line'.

I chuckled and nodded.

"Yeah, I guess I'm am." I said. He gave me small smile and shook his head as he continued to scan the rest of my stuff.

"I'm so sorry about that, I was in a hurry and if I didn't get there in time, who knows what my boss would have done." He apologized, averting his eyes. I smiled down at him, noticing how small he really was compared to me.
