Chapter 43

(Y/n)'s p.o.v

I hard swallow while nodding saying "yeah..." "what happened before you climbed in through the window?" Honey Lemon asks again. Nervously laughing I say "Hiro and Dipper were arguing, I was tired of hearing it and wished I was somewhere else. Got back to that red land, no one was in sight... so I ran looking for someone to help me know what's happening. While running I was somehow running on air, when I did find someone they actually knew. They were gonna tell me... but Dipper and Hiro got me back before I could hear anything."

Both of them looked a bit shocked, but Gogo says "so that's what you meant when you said you dealt with too much weirdness today. What are you even gonna-" "TaDaShIiIi!" Honey Lemon yells as she looks like she's close to tears. She ran out, so my eyes widen "NO!" I yell out as I try to stop her, but she was too fast to catch up with. Though I sigh and quietly add "I didn't mention how my eyes changed colors and she's out." Gogo's eyes widen as we go after her, but Honey Lemon adds- "(Y/N)'S A DEMON!!" That confused me.

'Why a demon?' I think to myself, but that confused the guys- except Hiro- as they're looking at Honey Lemon confused on her outburst. "What's wrong?.. why are you saying she's a demon??" Tadashi asks as he comforts her. She cried into his shoulder as she couldn't get anything out, I just shrug my shoulders. "I mean, sure I've done some weird stuff today- but it doesn't make me a demon..." I trail off. Hiro then looks down and confusedly asks "does it??" "Wait, what??" Fred asks confused while looking at us.

Mom nervously laughed as she stood in between the group of guys and girls saying "of courseee my precious baby isn't a demon. Now let's just get ready for bed, it's almost nine at night!" With that we were ushered back to our rooms. That confused me even more 'mom, you're acting real strange... first you look younger and change the house. Now you're sounding nervous about this topic-' "that was weird..." Honey Lemon says as she wipes at her tears. Gogo nods once saying "yeah, what's with your mom?" I shrug my shoulders "I don't know myself."

Then I cross my arms saying "but I'll find out myself... tomorrow since she'll probably get mad if I go out there now." With that we get comfortable and start trying to sleep, but thoughts start to cloud my mind. From one thought to another on what's happened since I've been back, but after awhile I finally fell asleep.

-in the morning-

"(Y/n)?!" I hear Hiro yell as it feels like I was tackled into my own bed which made me grunt as I open my eyes to see Wasabi. He stands up while looking at me freaked out "what were you doing?!" He asks me scared. I raise an eyebrow at him "I could ask you the same thing! Why'd you tackle me??" I ask him. The entire group is in here- ya know, minus the parents- as they look at me a bit unsure. Tadashi steps up saying "sis, you were floating in your sleep as Wasabi tried to weigh you down."

Fred jumps by Tadashi's side saying "you didn't even budge!!" I try not to think on that as I just stand up saying "okay, we're going to Ford." That confused some of the group as I grab an outfit and go to the bathroom to change. It sounds so quiet in the house as I go into the bathroom and lock the door, I changed quick. Once I was done I walk out and see the group blocking the only way out while looking at me. "You're not going to him alone, baby..." Hiro says while shifting in his spot a bit, so I look around at everyone else.

Honey Lemon then says "you're not alone, (Y/n) - we're here to help with what we can" "even if we have no idea what's going on" Wasabi adds. Gogo then says "now let's go before this gets sappy-" "yeah, let's go!" Fred yells out happily. We're now on the walk to the shack, but something was telling me to walk a different way. I furrow my eyebrows as I say "hold on a second, guys... something feels.. off." "Off how??" Tadashi asks as I follow the feeling as I walk more left and off trail from the shack.

"(Y/n), the shack is this way-" "I know... I just have a feeling-" "ignore it, you're already being weird!" Wasabi yells and picks me up. I groan at that and the group walks off towards where the shack is... so I just be limp in Wasabi's hold. 'This is really annoying, how come right before I can do/hear something I get interrupted?' I think annoyed. We reached the shack and hear people in there- like actual customers which got us to walk into the back. In there is Mabel as she groans softly "I don't want to restock the shelves- I don't even work here."

Wasabi set me down as I look at her "Mabel, where's Ford?" I ask which got her smiling big as she looks at me and she noticed the group too. "Eee! Guys!! It's so great to see you-" "Mabel, where's Ford??" I ask again, so she blinks a few times. She points down saying "probably in his lab with Dipper, it's Dip's day off and I'm supposed to help Grunkle Stan. Which I reallyyyy don't wanna do-" "I can keep you company!" Honey Lemon offers happily. Tadashi shrugs his shoulders saying "I'm down to help" "okay! Let's go!!" Mabel says happily.

Those three left as the rest of us head towards the vending machine "why are we right here??" Hiro asks confused. With a smirk I make sure no one else can see the code as I put it in- but it was incorrect. Groaning I stand back saying "I always forget it-" "I got this one, (Y/n)" Wasabi says and cracks his knuckles. Easily he stood in the way and put the code in, the door opened up and he stepped out of the way. Gogo and Hiro were shocked at this, but we went in and down the stairs to the elevator.
