Chapter 4

No one's p.o.v

(Y/n) was confused, but seen the carney handing the duck/panda to them, so she hands the toy to Dipper saying "hold this, I'll go get you some ice." With that (Y/n) ran towards the shack to grab the ice as Dipper smiles softly, being happy he found his win. Mabel found Dipper instantly and tackles him saying "Dipper! Thank you, thank you- is that a black eye?" Dipper nods. He still feels confident, despite the throbbing pain saying "yes, yes it is a black eye... because I won." Mabel smiles big and hugs Dipper close and into the air as Waddles oinks a few times, sounding happy himself.

"He's saying 'thank you' in pig, aren't you, Waddles?" Mabel says and sets Dipper down, Waddles went onto his back and wiggles his feet. Behind them (Y/n) is coming back with ice as Pacifica is getting pecked in the head by a chicken. "Here's your ice, Dip-inator" (Y/n) says and hands Dipper the bag of ice and holds the duck/panda. Dipper smiles, still having the time travel device in his hand as he puts the ice over his eye "thanks, (Y/n)." Blendin then grabs the machine saying "you two!" The three gasp and flinched in fear at his tone.

Dipper grabbed (Y/n) and pulled her away from Blendin as Mabel did the same with Waddles as he oinks, not knowing what's going on. Blendin then says "do you have any idea how many rules you just broke?!.. I'm asking, I wasn't there with you. It was probably a lot, right?" (Y/n) looks at the two confused, but two people time travelled by Blendin. "Blendin Blandin" the black cop says sternly "the Time Paradox Avoidance Enforcement Squadron!" Blendin says scared. (Y/n) furrows her eyebrows- "that's right, and our phones have been ringing off the hook."

The white one continues with "there's settlers high fiving in the 1800's, and calculators littered through eight centuries." (Y/n) figured out after she heard the high fiving thing, so she narrows her eyes at the twins. "You are under arrest for violations of the Time Travelers Code of Conduct" the black one says again. Blendin then says "it was those twins! And their leader Waddles!" "That's a pig, Blendin." "I-I'll get you for this! I'll go back in time and make sure your parents never meet!!" Blendin yells out.

"Well, we're still here" Dipper says and blushed as he finally lets go of (Y/n) as he looks at his arms, but (Y/n) groans. Mabel then says "guess he forgot to go back... but what's wrong, (Y/n)? I thought you'd be happy with the toy. The one that Dipper got you because he-" Dipper elbowed Mabel before she could finish her sentence. (Y/n) didn't really think much of their moment as she says "you guys went on an adventure without me. And it was about time!! One of the most fun ones there is" Dipper and Mabel share a look and nervously laugh "it's not as fun as it sounds."

-Fight Fighters-

(Y/n) finally found another kid her age, and it isn't Gideon! God no, not after the Mabel thing... but she found a different tween. One that is new to town, she showed him around and had a lot of fun hanging out with him. His name was Adam, he always had a hoodie on, but seemed cool none the less... until they got to the arcade. (Y/n) told Dipper that she'd meet him there "okay, this is our last stop, the arcade! Where gamers hide from the sun. Also where I'm going to see my friends" Adam tilted his head "can I join you?" (Y/n) smiles and nods.

They went in and Dipper was waiting, but his eyes widened at Adam "(Y/n)... who's he??" Dipper asked, trying to sound nice.. but sounded jealous. (Y/n) didn't notice it as she says "a new friend that didn't know his way around the small town. Which is why I gave him a tour, and he said he wanted to hang out!! Come on, let's go play something." (Y/n) went to adventure around, but Mabel easily noticed Adam instantly and gasped. "Adam?!?" Mabel asked with a soft blush, so he looks at her with an awkward smile mumbling "of course."

Dipper was even more confused "you two know eachother??" "Yeah, you already know I go on adventures without you, Dipstick. I found myself my first mystery" Mabel says tauntingly as she wraps her arm around Adam's shoulders. Adam shakes his head saying "please don't-" "he's a vampire!!" Mabel whispers happily. (Y/n) came running back saying "guys, I found this awesome two player game! We can take turns. It's called Fight Fighters! Come on, let's go!" Dipper's eyes were wide as Adam hopes Dipper won't tell.

(Y/n) instantly says "okay, you two play rock-paper-scissors, I'll choose my character" Dipper narrows his eyes at Adam. When (Y/n)'s not looking Dipper does the "'I'm watching you'" sign, so Adam does the same. They do rock-paper-scissors, but Dipper won, so he mini-celebrated and says "let's start playing." The two started their round, mashing buttons, but actually knowing what they're doing. Dipper ended up winning "aw, whaat? You cheated" (Y/n) says playfully, so Dipper jokes with her.

"You will take that baaack!" Dipper says and laughs softly at his own joke, so Adam says "my turn!" "But, we just started this round." (Y/n) looked between the two, trying to think on the situation, then says "just one round, Dip-inator. I promise" Adam smiles at (Y/n), but Dipper looks between the two and nods once as he hugs himself. (Y/n) didn't notice Dipper's sad stance as her and Adam started to play the game, but messing around first. "I kind of wanna punch the ref" (Y/n) admits, so Adam smiles saying "let's gang up on him."

The two started to laugh as they "'fight'" the ref, but as they started to actually fight, Adam was more into the game then listening to (Y/n) talking. "Hey guys, Wendy invited me to go camping with her family, so I'll be gone for a while." Adam nods unknowing of what got said as he says "cool cool - watch out!" Then he ended the game. (Y/n) scoffed and playfully says "what's up with you guys and cheating!?" Dipper steps in-between the two. "We didn't cheat, (Y/n)... you're just bad at the game!" Dipper says and chuckles, (Y/n) playfully rolls her eyes.
