Chapter 45

(Y/n)'s p.o.v

I look at her a bit confused "excuse-a-what now?" "Yeah, you're a half demon half.. human child" she tells me as she puts her arms down. "Did you say that Bill wasn't always like that too?.." I ask confused since that's also what she said. She nods saying "yeah, but the more he got the hang of his powers... he figured out how to change himself to a full demon." It felt like everything in me froze "what color your powers are depend on your favorite color. Let me see your powers though, kid" I raise an eyebrow at her "what.. do you mean?" I ask.

She picks up a rock before throwing it at me, so I lift up my hand and yelp a bit which made the rock float again... this time it's different. It has a (f/c) aura surrounding it "wow, did your mom do it with-?" "(Y/N)!!" Dipper and Fred yell out. Everything's shaking again as I feel myself changing places, so I gasp as I am feel myself falling. I land in arms as I groan "are you okay?!" Wasabi asks, so I barely open my eyes to see he's the one holding me. "If by okay you mean I got clarification... then yes" I say as I feel like I'm about to faint.

Gogo tilts her head "what do you mean?" "I.. I'm half... demon" I say as I basically just fade into darkness.

Hiro's p.o.v

(Y/n) faints, so my eyes widen "(Y/n)?!" Ford just says "did.. she just say she's half demon??" "That's what I heard" Dipper mumbles. "What does that mean?" I ask as I don't take my eyes off her, Ford was quiet for a minute. Then he sighs saying "I don't really know, Hiro - but there might be someone who would know." That got me to look at him since I just want to help her- "her mother" Fred nods saying "that makes sense. We should go and investigate!" Before he could run Gogo grabs his wrist saying "let's just make sure (Y/n)'s alright first."

I nod as I look back towards her "I want to carry her" I say as I step towards Wasabi, he softly smiles saying "Hiro, love that enthusiasm. But would you really be able to?" "Just set her on my back, I got it" I say as I face my back towards him. He didn't question or protest as he sets her on my back, I grab onto her thighs and adjust her a bit. Her head is resting on my shoulder as I stand here, so I say "let's get back to her house. Me and Tadashi can see if everything is okay on her" "is she even normal?" Fred asks out.

Gogo glares at him, so he raised his hands up saying "hey, I'm not trying to start anything - I just mean if her demon half is showing things could be different." I softly sigh saying "then we can at least make sure she's okay, like.. how she hasn't eaten since yesterday. We'll check her blood sugar, heart rate, temperature... normal stuff" with that I walk towards the elevator. I don't want to move either of my hands in case I drop her, the group finally starts walking this way. Dipper pushed the button as we wait for the doors to open, when they do we all step inside.

"You know... she really likes you" Dipper says, I look over at him to see he isn't looking at me "I know.." I say and look to the other side. Then he adds "I don't like you, but for now... let's have a temporary truce until she's alright." My eyes widen at that, so I look over at him to see he still isn't looking at me "o..kay, truce." "Wow, I didn't think that would happen" Gogo jokes, I roll my eyes saying "we're only doing it for (Y/n). If she went back to that land once because of us..." Dipper then finished with "then we have to stop before it happens again."

Wasabi spoke up with "that.. is actually really mature of you guys-" "it's not forever, I still hate his guts" Dipper says before looking at me. I narrow my eyes at him saying "same here" "but for (Y/n) we want to help" we both say. The elevator finally stopped and I walked out first, at the last door I nudge it open with my foot. The place didn't sound like it was as full as before, so I just walk around looking for Tadashi. He was outside on the porch with Honey Lemon and Mabel - they were all talking happily before they noticed me.

Hard swallowing I say "T-Tadashi, we have to go" he looks at me before his eyes widen "what happened?!" "We'll explain on the way." "Hey, I want to know what happened too!" Mabel says as she stands up while looking at me worried. Dipper set his hand on her shoulder saying "I'll tell you... I'll need to tell Grunkle Stan too." "I got that one covered, Dipper" Ford says, so I just start walking since this doesn't really concern me. 'You guys spread the news if you want to, I just want to make sure she's still okay' I think as I walk.

"Hiro, what-?" "Ford took a bit of tests - (Y/n) has a bit of telekinesis, her blood is also (f/c)... and she got mad" I interrupt as I walk. Tadashi was walking by my side as he says "mad?" "She was upset that the results would come later. A day or two later, she realized we wouldn't have been here" Wasabi says as Fred runs ahead and walks backwards in front of us. "Oh! Oh!! And she said something about Weirdmaggedon could happen again from her powers." Gogo then adds "or that everything could change even if that apocalypse doesn't happen."

Looking down I finish with "she went back to that red place, Ford called it the Nightmare Realm... she got the answer she wanted. She's half demon" "wait, what?!" Honey Lemon yells out as a few tears are falling down her face. Tadashi holds her hand before looking at me "are you serious?" "Yes" is all I want to say as we walk. Wasabi last adds "we also got a bit of information on her mom, she's supposed to be as old as Ford and Stan." "She looks so young though" Honey Lemon says as she wipes at a tear, so I nod "we're questioning her tomorrow."
