"Why do you have so much money?" She asked, with her hands full of food.
'He said it was his birthday.'
'Why is he buying me so many things...'
'Shouldn't it be the other way around?"
"Here, Thelle." Lyle gave her another to carry.
"....."
"I think this is a bit too much..."
"Ah, Thelle is it heavy? Give it to me, I'll carry it."
"No... it's just... I think your spending too much."
'Even I cannot spend my money so casually.'
'He really must be from a wealthy family.'
"Huh?" Lyle looked at her with a confused expression.
"I don't think it's too much though?"
"Is it?"
'Is he blind? Can't he see that my arms is full?'
"How old are you now?" Thellia asked.
"Twenty-seven." Lyle answered with a smile.
Thellia almost coughed on air. "Twenty seven??" She asked again.
'He looks like he is in his early twenties...'
"I thought you were younger than me." She said, surprised.
"How old are you, Thelle?"
"Twenty-three."
"Oh, we're only four years a part." He grinned.
"Indeed..."
"I didn't expect that you were that old." Thellia spoke.
Lyle coughed after hearing her words. "I'm not old..!"
"Right." Thellia looked at him. "My gift for you would be a bit late, would that be alright?"
His face lit up. "A gift?" Lyle asked.
"Yes. Though it may not be much..."
"As long as it's from you, I'm happy." He grinned.
'How touching.' She thought.
"Can I know what it is?" Asked Lyle, wearing an excited expression.
"No." Thellia firmly said.
"But Thelleee~" He whined.
"Where are we going next?" Thellia asked, ignoring Lyle's words.
"Where do you want to go?"
"You choose, I'm fine with anything." Said Thellia.
With a smug look, Lyle turned to Thellia, holding mischief in his eyes. "How about we go back to my room."
"No." Thellia answered immediately.
"Then would you like to look at the flowers in the town center today?"
"Yes, I'd like that." Her answer of approval came as soon as Lyle mentioned flowers.
