My POV

Holly had come home from hospital a few days ago and she was coming over today with Max, and Yvie and Olly. Andy, Adam and Joel were getting really excited as when they had visited at the hospital, they didn't get to hold either of them, but today they could! I walked down the stairs in a pair of my skinny jeans, a t-shirt and one of Ryan's hoodies.

"Breakfast smells yummy," I said, walking into the kitchen and sitting in my normal place at the table, between Ryan and Joel.

"Cooked by yours truly!" joked Andy, sitting back in his chair and sipping his tea.

"Well that makes all the difference Andy, doesn't it!!" I laughed, picking up my bacon sandwich and taking a bite, "Now that is what I call a bacon sandwich!!"

I finished my bacon sandwich and leant back in my chair, drinking my tea. Andy had cleared up after himself and put everything in the dishwasher then went upstairs, followed by Adam and Joel.

"Today is going to be such a nice day," I said resting my head on Ryan's shoulder, "spending it with my best friend and her children and Max, and other best friends, and you," I said looking at Ryan and smiling.

"It's going to be great!," Ryan replied kissing me, "Fancy going out tonight my angel? Just the two of us?"

"Aww, yeah that would be nice! Haven't had an evening out with just you for ages," I said, putting my cup down on the table and hugging Ryan. He hugged me back and kissed the top of my head. We then heard the others running down the stairs as the doorbell rang. We both got up from the table and walked to the door.

"Here comes trouble 1 and 2!!" Ryan said, while taking Yvie from Holly. Ryan was so natural with children, he is going to make a good dad I thought to myself.

"Hannah!" exclaimed Holly, hugging me.

"Heya Holly!!! How are you? Tired yet?" I said, hugging her back.

"Yeah I'm good thank you! And nope, I'm not tired yet. Someone else is though," she explained, pointing to Max.

"Blimey Max! You look like you could fall asleep on our doorstep!!" commented Andy.

"Thanks mate," replied Max, sleepily.

"Right shall we go through to the living room so I can hold either or both of my little friends!" said Joel, walking into the living room. The others followed behind him and Holly stayed with me while we went and made cups of tea for everyone!

"So how are you doing then?" Holly asked me, getting cups out of the cupboard and putting them up the side.

"Yeah well thanks! Ryan is taking me out tonight, which will be nice as we haven't been out together, like just us two, for ages," I said.

"Aww that will be lovely!" agreed Holly, "he seems so natural and confident with Yvie and Olly. He is going to be a wonderful dad, I can just tell!!"

"Yeah I noticed that earlier! Just the way he took Yvie from you and the way he held her, you can tell he is going to be a great dad!" I said, picking up the teas and taking them into the living room.

Ryan's POV

"Yvie is so cute," I said, walking into the living room and sitting on one of the sofas.

"Yeah she looks a lot like Holly," said Max, literally collapsing into one of the chairs.

"Yeah she does, and Olly looks like you mate," said Andy, holding Olly for the very first time.

"Sorry to change the subject guys, but while Hannah isn't here Ryan," said Max, "when you going to do it mate?"

"Hopefully tonight. I'm taking her out tonight, but I used the excuse that just me and her haven't been out together for ages, which is true, but I don't want her to find out the real reason just yet!" I replied.

"Quick change subject again!" exclaimed Joel, "they are just about to come in!!"

Later that day

Hannah's POV

Holly stayed to help me get ready for tonight while Max went home with Yvie and Olly. Ryan promised Holly a lift home on our way out.

"How about this one?" Holly asked, holding out a red dress.

"No, that's one of my party dresses," I replied.

"What about this one?" Holly asked, holding out a purple dress which was simple yet lovely! (picture at the side)

"Yeah! I haven't worn that one for ages!!" I replied.

I put the dress on and Holly made a start on my hair and make-up. When she was finished, she took a few pictures so she could show Max, Nathan and Gee.

We walked down the stairs and I saw Ryan standing there with his mouth hanging open.

"You'll catch flies," I said, closing his mouth and kissing him.

"Wow! You look amazing my angel!" Ryan exclaimed, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"You don't look to bad yourself," I said, smiling at him.
