chapter 27

~Saturday~

Hannah's POV

I was sitting in the living room with a cup of tea waiting for Holly, Gee and Jess, when the lads all came wandering down the stairs and plonked themselves onto sofas, apart from Ryan who went and got cups of tea for them all.

"Why you up so early Hannah?" Andy asked, yawning.

"Dress shopping today!!" I replied, excitedly.

"How could you forget Andy?!!" laughed Joel, and Adam joined in.

"Oh yeah, silly me!! But why do we have to be up early as well though?"

"Max and Nathan are coming over and discussing stuff with us," Ryan said walking into the living room and putting the tea's on the table, "not quite sure what stuff, but oh well!!" He sat down next to me, put his arm around my waist and kissed my cheek.

"When he says stuff, he means suits, like what colours and stuff, and what cufflinks and everything else to do with you lads," I said, putting my cup down on the table and leaning against Ryan.

"What colour are Holly, Gee and Jess going to be?" Ryan asked.

"Hopefully purple," I replied.

"Can I just ask, why purple?" queried Joel.

"Same colour as the dress I was wearing when Ryan proposed," I explained, looking at Ryan and smiling. Just then the doorbell rang and Andy went and answered it. He came back with Max, Nathan, Holly, Gee, Jess, Yvie and Olly!!

"Ready to go Hannah?" Jess asked.

"Of course!!" I smiled, standing up with Ryan.

"See you later my angel," Ryan said, wrapping his arms around me and kissing me.

"Yeah, love you Ryan," I replied, hugging and kissing him back.

"Love you too beautiful," Ryan let go of me and took Yvie from Holly, "have a nice time shopping!"

"Oh we will!!" laughed Gee, making her way to the door. I grabbed my bag, stuck a pair of flat shoes on and followed her, Jess and Holly out. We all got into my car, well Ryan's but I borrowed it every now and then, and drove into town.

"What colour are we wearing?" asked Holly as we walked along the street to the dress shop.

"Purple, if that's alright with you three?" I asked, looking around at all three of them.

"Of course it is! Whatever the bride wants!!" Laughed Gee.

"Any specific reason as to purple?" asked Jess.

"It's the same colour as the dress I was wearing when Ryan proposed," I explained.

"Aww that's cute!!" cooed Holly as we walked into the dress shop.

"Good morning," said the woman behind the counter, "you must be Hannah." she extended her hand towards me for me to shake, "I'm Sarah."

"Yes I am. And this is Holly, Gee and Jess," I said, pointing to the girls in turn.

"Lovely to meet you all! So shall we start with the bridesmaids first, they should be easier. Any certain colour in mind?" she asked, "hang on a minute, you're Ryan Fletcher's fiancee aren't you?"

"Yes I am," I said, smiling, "and we were thinking purple for the bridesmaids as that's the same colour dress I was wearing when Ryan proposed."

"Aww that's sweet!" Sarah said, "short or long?"

"About knee length," I said.

After about 4 hours later, we were all finished! The girls had their dresses chosen, and I had chosen mine. I had to go back in two weeks, once it had been made, to make sure it fitted properly. We left the shop and went into an Italian restaurant down the road for a bit of lunch as we were all starving!

We all sat down and ordered our drinks and food.

"Hannah you are going to look absolutely gorgeous!" exclaimed Gee, sipping her coke.

"Thanks Gee! So are you girls as well, the purple really suited all of you," I said. We carried on chatting until our food came then we were all silenced as we were so hungry all we wanted to do was eat! After we had finished, we wandered back to the car and went back to mine and the lads.

"We are home!!" I shouted as me and the girls walked in the house. We kicked our shoes off by the door and dumped our bags on the table that held keys and stuff. We walked into the living room and collapsed onto the sofas. Shortly afterwards the boy's came in from the kitchen and sat in whatever space was left, which was not a lot on the sofas! Ryan, Nathan and Max managed to grab the spaces on the sofas next to their girls, and the other lads ended up on the floor.

"Where's Yvie and Olly?" Holly asked, resting her head on Max's shoulder.

"In thier travel cots in Hannah and Ryan's room, they will probably wake up soon as I put them up there about an hour and a half ago," Max explained.

"Ok, I will just go up and see them. Which room is yours Hannah?" Holly asked.

"Go left at the top of the stairs and then it's the door straight ahead of you," I replied, resting my head on Ryan's chest and putting my arms around him.

"Thank you, won't be a minute!"

"Found all the dresses then?" Nathan asked, putting an arm over Gee's shoulders.

"Yeah, us bridesmaids were easy! It was just Hannah took forever!!" Gee laughed.

"Uh! I didn't take forever, yes ok maybe 2 hours just for me, but you three took 2 hours as well!!" I said, laughing as well.

"Yeah but there was three of us and only one of you!" laughed Jess.

"As long as Hannah looks stunning, and you three look, well, presentable, then it's alright," Ryan said, smiling evilly at Jess and Gee.

"Presentable?? You are gonna get it now Fletcher!" Nathan grabbed a cushion and threw it at Ryan, then Max, Gee and Jess all copied him.

"Thanks guys! And ok well maybe not presentable, maybe nice and lovely!!" Ryan said, pulling me closer to him and kissing the top of my head.

"Who's the best man then?" Holly asked, walking back into the living room with the twins, and sitting back on the sofa next to Max.

"Erm, Andy, that's if you want to mate?" Ryan asked, looking at Andy.

"Of course Ryan! Cheers mate, I feel so proud right now!!" Andy said, getting up to hug Ryan.

"No problem Andy! You have always been there mate," Ryan said, hugging Andy back.

"I would say welcome to the family Hannah, but that should have been said earlier, even before you were going out with Ryan!" Laughed Andy.

"But two months' time and she will definitely be part of the family," Adam said.

Ryan grabbed me around my waist and said, "you will always be a part of my family Hannah," kissing me in the process.
