truth or dare

This chapter contains some smut, read with caution (note: all the marauders are 18+ in this chapter and in their last year at Hogwarts)

"Gather round boys and girls! Truth or dare time!" James yelled, standing on a table in the common room as his classmates moved the chairs and sofas around them so everyone could sit in a circle. 

There was about 30 people playing, spanning over their year and the year below them mostly. It was their New Years Eve party and as was tradition most of the young witches and wizards were incredibly drunk. 

"Right, I start!" James shouted as everyone began to get quiet and focus on the game. 

"Okay, Marlene, truth or dare?" James asked, looking to his friend. 

"I choose... truth!" Marlene answered, smiling, James thought for a moment before responding. 

"Is your crush in this room?" He asked and Marlene cursed him quietly before answering yes, then it was her turn. 

"Lily, truth or dare?" Marlene asked.

"Dare." Lily replied which resulted in some whooping from others in the circle. 

"I dare you to kiss one of the boys in this room." Marlene smirked and Lily scowled at her before glancing around the circle, she locked eyes with James who became ever hopeful and she smirked. 

"Remus." She said, leaning over to quickly peck his lips, much to both James and Sirius' dismay. 

"Why Remus?!" James said and Lily shrugged. 

"He's my favourite out of you lot, he's the only one with a brain." She replied. 

"He's also gay!" Someone in the year below shouted across the circle. 

"Oi! Who the fuck said that?!" Sirius shouted, sitting up defensively. Remus was bi but he hadn't come out to anyone out-with Peter, James, Lily and Sirius. No one replied to Sirius' yelling. 

"Yeah that's what I fucking thought. If you have something to say about Remus, say it to me first and see how that goes for you." Sirius spat venomously, before motioning to Lily to continue the game. 

"On that note, Sirius, truth or dare?" Lily asked. 

"Dare, and please make it to kick the shit out of that twat." Sirius said, still glaring to the group he knew it came from. 

"I dare you to kiss anyone in here." Lily smirked, and Sirius looked mildly panicked.

"Eugh, but you're all so..." Sirius began, rolling his eyes. 

"Oh just snog moony and get on with it." James laughed and Sirius rolled his eyes. 

"Moony, is that okay?" Sirius asked quietly and after Remus nodded he leaned over to kiss him, it was much different than the one he had just had with Lily which was brief and emotionless. Though this kiss wasn't particularly long, both of them could tell that the other one wasn't upset about having to kiss one another. 

"Right you two!" James shouted and they jumped apart, though their eyes stayed locked for a moment as Sirius' wiped his mouth before smirking. 

"Sirius your turn." Lily pointed out and Sirius nodded, finally becoming aware of the world around him again. 

"Okay, well I feel like kissy McGee over here deserves a shot. So Remus, truth or dare?" Sirius asked, smiling. 

"Well I cannot kiss another person, so truth." Remus laughed taking another drink of his cocktail.
