(Vihar)

"Would you like more?" The purple eyed one asked Vihar. He sat complacently in her lap. Happy for the attention and delighted by the food. His mouth was already full to the point of bursting but he swallowed the contents down before reaching out for another handful of hot pork. The meat dripped and fell apart in his hands and he licked them to not lose a morsel.

Arany smiled a toothy grin, delighted by the child's appetite.

"Shall we play a game next?" She asked.

Since the day he met her in the hall, Vihar spent many of his days with Arany. She fed him from her plate, played with him, gave him many treasures from her own collection, but mostly she talked to him.

"Vihar- Vihar. She chanted wont you tell me about your Dame today? Shouldn't we invite her to eat as well?" She asked.

Vihar shook his head no, his long black hair shook and risked smearing on the oily plate. He wasn't supposed to talk about his Dame to outsiders.

"Oh what a pity the food is delicious today... I could give you a plate to bring back to her." She offered.

Vihar shook his head again. When she started to pry about Dame it was best to leave. He crawled off her lap and scampered away. When Vihar left the room he was sure he heard the sound of a plate breaking. That female is always breaking things. Now that was full he decided to pilfer through his great uncles library again. It was the best place in the mountain.

(Cerastes PV)

When a dragon hibernates it is usually a dreamless sleep. A sleep that causes nearly all functions in the body to come to a standstill, the brain let only breathing and healing continue. It was an existence similiar to death and could last for years at a time. Cerastes had spent to long a period awake. Pushed to the brink. His forced rest was peaceful until it wasnt.

He couldn't see her but it felt like her. She was very far away. Cerastes couldn't see with her eyes but he could hear and he could feel. The lack of sight was frustrating and the mumbled voices were hard to catch bis understanding came slowly.

She was somewhere wet and cool.
He faught against his sleep to dive deeper into her consciousness. Cerastes had spent most of his time trying to keep her out of his head, make sure that the bond stayed closed off as much as possible but not he was straining against it to keep the faint line open. The connection was like a thin string pulled tight. There was someone els with her. A male.

Please, he heard her beg. Did she come into trouble while she was running? He scowled. She was a magnet for trouble.

But then a strangely familiar sensation came over him. The heat between his legs that wasn't his own. He felt it many times since he ate that crystal and the realization made him sit upright, bolting out of his sleep. The connection slipped away but the sounds and sensations he felt lingered in his head. Her begging for more. It sent him into a rage.

He would find her and drag her back and the male she was with, he swallowed. He planned to eat him. His fury would only be eleviated after he felt that males bones crush between his teeth.
