I looked around and saw no one nearby, was it just my imagination?
I continued to the mountains, this time walking instead of running, I was also prepared for if anything was to attack.
After 30 minutes of walking nothing happened.
Was it really just my imagination? It can't be... Could it?
As you lowered your guard, a group of 15 Elite Octolings jumped out of the surroundings and cornered you.
I knew it! There was something nearby. Looks like there's 15 of them, Elite Octolings to be specific.
I activated Fortification and Quick Instincts and prepared for battle.
Hmmm... 5 Rollers, 3 Chargers, and 7 Shooters, they're diverse, the Rollers are to be close range while the Chargers attack at a safe distance and the shooters are to be used in any field.
As you assessed the situation, the Rollers took advantage and split up and charged at your sides.
You stepped back and used Water Shot to take out the one on your left and the 2 on your right.
You noticed one behind and to your left and quickly dodged a downward strike from behind.
You dodged but instantly got hit by the Chargers.
You noticed 4 Shooters stayed to defend the Charger while the other 3 supported the 2 Rollers.
As you looked around, you realized that it would be difficult to fight them all by yourself.
Dang it! With the way that they're attacking, I won't be able to take one down without getting hit, even with the Squid Device deactivated ink still stings just not as much.
Argh! If only I had some help!
Wait...
Marie!
Marie's still at the Canyon, if I can somehow get her attention she might be able to help me!
I thought about how to get Marie's attention but soon got hit right on the head by a Roller, I stepped back and used Pressure Aura to hold them back for a while.
I then shot a Water Shot all the way to the Canyon.
It might take a while before Marie can see it, hopefully it makes it in time.
You began to draw your attention back to the battle and took out 2 of the Shooters attacking you and got hit on your right by another Roller.
