Chapter 14: A Backup Plan And A Casual Day

I've taken some time go over and revise my earlier and previous chapters so that important information is in order and it's not all over the place (Hopefully), I've also gone ahead and wrote down the dates that they were published although I'm not 100% sure that they're the correct dates.

Some things that I've changed that are important are:
1) Marie's and A3's personalities are now calmer, quiet, analytical, and overall more serious during certain situations.

And

2) I made sure that characters now perceive Y/N as an inkling but one that can't use ink because of a 'disability' that Inklings and Octolings can extremely rarely inherit, before, the characters all thought of him as not being an inkling, that's because I forgot about the fact that Y/N had a headband that changes his hair to that of their tentacles.

This is mostly all I wanted to say for now as I don't really want to go on a rant about other things so without further ado...
Let us enjoy chapter 14.

At Y/N's bunker, Y/N is preparing the devices for Marie and Topaz...

Y/N: So... That should be everything.

It was around 5 a.m. in the morning when I had put the devices into a small backpack and was almost ready to head out, I decided to have breakfast and get a shower in before leaving the bunker for the day.

Once I was done, I put on a white shirt, black pants, and a pair of red sneakers. I headed for the armory and put on my armor and the Front Zip Vest as well as my headband then lastly my mask.

Guess I'm ready for the day, I'm not going to do much so I'm probably going to just relax for now.

I left the bunker to Jade's care who was still in rest mode and made my way to Inkopolis Square using Lightning Feet. 5 minutes later I reached the entrance.

Looks like over time I'm becoming more adept with spells, I used to make it here with Lightning Feet in about 15 minutes, now I'm able to get here in just 5 minutes.

I walked in through the entrance this time and made my way over to the Canyon through the manhole this time.

I arrived at the Cuttlefish Cabin and took out both the Energy Battery and the 2 Distress Beacons. I made sure that both were fully charged and ready to be used whenever and placed them on the cabin's porch, I also left a note for their uses and to keep them close by.

I then left the Canyon and made my way back to the Square, luckily since it was still early there was only the shop owners opening up their stores and about 3 Inklings getting ready for the day.

I looked over at the shops and checked how much cash I had.

I should be able to get some decent stuff for Turf Wars with this much...

I had about 12,000 cash in my account and headed inside the Galleria and went straight for Headspace.

(I said account because, where do Inkling and Octolings put their money at? So, I've decided that each person who does Turf Wars or just go to Inkopolis Square have a 'Player Card' that they carry which holds their weapons, gears, and stats info and can be used almost like a card to purchase things with the cash they earn.)
