'What did he say?'

I sat down next Sideswipe. 'He didn't hurt you, right?' He asked. I shook my head, 'no, he told me why he didn't want to talk to me. He told me he changed, that he was different back on Cybertron,' I said. 'Yup, he was a replica of me. Happy, sweet, carrying and the next moment, just in one night he turned into a cranky, aggressive and dangerous , unpredictable mech. I thought it was the war but it stayed and got worse and worse. Especially towards femmes at the beginning and other mechs. He wouldn't let anyone come near him, yell at him or touch him. He killed a mech that same week he changed.'

'I guess the war broke him,' he sighed. I started thinking. 'What if... that wasn't the real reason behind it?' I asked. Sideswipe glanced at me. 'What did he tell you?' He asked. I grabbed Sunstreaker phone. 'He showed me something, a memory that still hunts him. I told him I wouldn't tell you but I think you have the right to know because it changed your brother,' I said. I unlocked his phone and handed him the phone. 'This is through Sunny's optics,' I added.

Tears started to well up in his eyes and I couldn't hear Sunny's screams for help neither. Sunstreaker screamed in pain, it went straight through my soul. 'Please, stop!' He cried. I heard laughing on the background. 'I haven't done anything wrong,' he sobbed. On the video, I saw Sunstreaker trying to crawl away. His frame was bleeding and so was his valve. Tears run down Sideswipe's face.

Sunstreaker tilted his gaze towards the mech. 'Please, please... stop. I can't—' Sunstreaker whispered. The mech smirked. 'Not so tough now, huh?' He laughed. 'He's crying, brother,' Midnight chuckled. 'Do you really think I wanted to interface with a monster like you?' He mocked. 'You killed people merciless,' she added.

'I had no choice. I got tortured if I wouldn't do it. I couldn't handle the pain anymore...' he whispered. 'Lies! You're born to be a monster. The only mech on Cybertron without a femme... you'll never have a female either,' she scoffed. Sunstreaker curled up, crying. 'You're like a sparkling, crying for his mother,' the mech spoke. 'Oh wait, yours dumped you. Sideswipe told me,' Midnight laughed.

'Everyone likes Sideswipe more than they like you. It will always be that way and people will always hurt you. No matter what, that's just your destiny,' Midnight mocked and kicked him the interface. Sunstreaker cried out. The mech grabbed him and slammed him against the wall, punching him over and over again. Sideswipe turned it off and rubbed his tears eyes. 'He never told me this.'

Sideswipe cried. I rubbed his back and tried to comfort him. 'Why are you crying?' Sideswipe perked his head up. Sunstreaker slightly cocked his head to the side. 'You.'
'What have I done this time?' He sulked. Sideswipe got up and walked up to his brother. 'Why didn't you never tell me?' He asked, handing Sunstreaker his phone. Sunstreaker took his phone and glanced at me. I just looked at him. 'She shouldn't have told you,' he replied and turned away. 'Sunstreaker, please... why haven't you told me the truth? Talk to me!' He shouted the last part. 'Ashamed, I was ashamed of myself and about the entire situation. People don't love me.'

Sideswipe hugged him. 'You should've told me. I wish you did,' he said quietly. 'So you could've done what exactly?' Sunstreaker asked. 'He there for you, beat the hell out of them,' he snapped. 'I didn't want to have the victim role. I just wanted to be loved by someone and you're the only one who gave that to me and I felt save with. All I needed was you and you're the only one who kept me going. You're the reason I had motivation to get up and push my memories to the back of my processors.'

Sideswipe shook his head and embraced his brother. I left to give them some privacy and talk. I headed upstairs and did the laundry. Two hours later, I felt someone behind me. I turned to face Sunstreaker. 'I don't like you told him,' he said. 'No, but he had to know the truth and you needed to talk about it with someone you love. He loves you to death and he wants to make sure you're okay,' I said.

He sighed, 'yeah, perhaps.' I kissed his cheek. 'Facts,' I said. 'You never talk about it.' I snorted, 'I do. Why else do you think Sideswipe and I became so close? We shared everything. No matter what and I knew that I could tell him everything because he really does care,' I said. Sunstreaker nodded and embraced me. 'You need to talk more. It really helps and Sideswipe wants to help you,' I said. He nodded and nuzzled in my neck. He stepped back and let me pass. I decided to check up on Sideswipe and see how he's doing.

The mech smiled and embraced me. 'How's my fiancée doing?' He teased and tickled my waist. I giggled and nuzzled in his neck. 'I am fine, but I can better ask you that question,' I said. His eyes were red and puffy. 'I feel fine. Just emotional and hard to hear;' he replied. I kissed his lips. 'I never realized how much he suffered,' he sighed. 'What are we gonna do now?' I pointed at the ring. 'I don't know. 'Let's give him some time to adjust here and settle. We don't have to rush things,' he said. I nodded and kissed him against. Sideswipe picked me up and placed me on the counter. I deepened the kiss and wrapped my legs around his hips. 'Silly mech,' I whispered. Sideswipe smirked and buried his face in my chest. 'Sideswipe,' I laughed and nudged him. He looked up, nuzzled his nose with mine again.
