Merope's pov
I woke up with Sideswipe curled up against me. I looked up to him and smiled "hey Sideswipe!" I said smiling. He smiled back and kissed my cheek. "I'm so glad you woke up!" He sighed. I giggled and hugged him. "I only slept for a couple do hours swipes!" I said. "A couple of hours?! Merope you slept the whole day and night... it's 11 AM!" He snorted.

I blinked in surprise "I was a bit tired," I said sheepishly. He snorted "I've noticed! Now please let me go! I have to pee and I didn't cause you kept holding me!" He said. I giggled and watched him disappear in the bathroom. I sat up straight and rubbed my eyes.

Sideswipe seemed to be relived when he returned and smiled "much better!" He grinned.

"Ugh... those human habits!" He sighed. "I still have to think about when you got your holoform!" I grinned. Sideswipe groaned and laid his head on the pillow.

"I'm trying so hard to forget about that!" He groaned, rubbing his face. "Oh come on! It was funny!" I laughed. "It wasn't funny at all! I was deeply ashamed! Like really ashamed, Merope!" He whined. I chuckled "I didn't know anything about the human body!" He grunted. "Ratchet wanted to tell you but you wanted to show so badly you didn't take the time to listen!" I snorted.

He cocked his head towards me "it was the first time I could hug you without crushing you!" He snorted. "I was excited... that's all!" He muttered. "And... it was sweet though!" I said. He smiled back "but very embarrassing," he mumbled. "You didn't tell me either what that feeling was!" He grumbled.

I huffed and looked up "sides! You didn't tell me anything! And I thought Ratchet told you about what you have to do! Besides I thought you were long enough on earth to know out peeing!" I snorted. "Just get something clear... my brother hates humans! He's disgusted by them so he didn't learn anything about the human body and neither did I cause sunny said it was better to keep it away! And you know... I thought humans were sort of build the same as Cybertronians... I thought this part was only for interfacing," he muttered.

I grinned and hugged him "you did wet yourself cause you couldn't keep it up!" I grinned. He childish repeated my sentence "Sunny didn't have any trouble with it..." he grumbled. "Yeah... cause he was smart enough to listen to Ratchet!" I snorted. He glared at me but said nothing "Awh! Is my silvery pearl grumpy!" I teased. He rolled his eyes but I saw a smile forming on his face. "You still like it if I call you that huh?" I snorted. This time his smile was obvious "I love nicknames and you know it... I think it's sweat you call me a pearl..." he said.

I giggled and kissed his cheek "you never told me how you came up with the name though!" He said. I smiled "well... pearls are beautiful and the symbolism... pearls brings you warmth, softness, and connection...pearls encourage qualities such as...honesty, understanding, insight and acceptance, pearls paved the way for wisdom and ensures satisfaction... they say pearls absorb stress negative emotions such as anger but also sadness and grieve...and one of the other characteristics is reliable... without you I died! You listened to all my shit and you made me feel better! You still do though" I said.

He smiled before he pulled me in an embrace "so that's why I call you silvery pearl... besides you're just as gorgeous as a pearl!" I said. He sighed and nuzzled in my neck. "You're my best friend..." he whispered. I smiled and hugged him tightly.

"But anyway! What was it you wanted to do?!" I asked. He jumped up in excitement "well... I wanna go to the city! There's a movie I really wanna watch with you! And after that... we can eat something... anywhere you like! I'll pay and-..." I grabbed his wrist and pulled back on the bed.

"Calm down... you're tripping over your words and I can't understand you," I said while smiling. He took a deep breath before he continued "I wanna spent time with you! You're gone so often... and you know... you've barely time for me!" He said unhappily.
