We arrived in a fancy hotel late in the evening. Sunstreaker had been driving all day and seemed to be tired. I even doubted he slept properly but then again, why would I care?
I took a shower and laid in bed, turning my back towards him. "I wish things were different too..." he said. "It's because of you... so don't say that!" I snapped. "You don't understand me..." he grumbled. "No, I don't..." I sulked and curled up, slowly drifting asleep.

I woke up that night, after a couple of hours from cried. I sat up straight, rubbing the sleep from my eyes and looked at Sunny. He was moving, shaking and crying. I sat on the edge, sighing softly. "Sideswipe..." he whimpered. "Sideswipe please don't leave me..." He sobbed. I sighed softly and walked over to his bed, sitting on the edge. I remember Sideswipe having nightmares too.

I softly ran my hand over his face and hair. This is so unlike Sunstreaker but proved me he's not as tough as he think he is. "Sideswipe..."
I laid down and pulled him a little closer. He calmed down as he felt my warm body and stopped crying and whimpering. I didn't want to move, scared he would wake up or get nightmares again. I pretended it was Sideswipe.

The next morning, I woke up first, Sunstreaker curled up against me. The moment I started to move, he woke up. "Merope..." he mumbled a little surprised. I hummed and got up. He grabbed my wrist and pulled me back against his chest. "Where was that for...?"
"Not because I like you so much... more self interest. You know everything about it..." I scowled bitterly. He looked at me, giving me the same look Sideswipe always gives me if he wanted something.

We hit the road shortly after. "I can change..." I glanced at him. "So..." I muttered. "Do you forgive me then?" He asked. "You nearly killed me twice... do you really think I'll just forget about it?" I snapped. He sighed and remained quiet.
I glanced at him, why does he have to have the same look on his face as brother sometimes gave me. I tried to ignore it but the feeling of guilt started to rise up.

"Can you stop giving me that face!"

He turned to look at me. "Are you feeling bad for me?"
I sighed and shot my a glare. "You do..." he mocked. "Not anymore..." I sulked. "I hate to feel it..." I muttered. "Really..." he sulked. "You don't deserve it..." I scowled. "But you do feel bad for me..." he stated in a matter of fact tone. I snorted and rolled my eyes.

"You're not a victim..."
"I can be just as fun as Sideswipe..."
"I don't believe you, not even 1% of it... you're a selfish brat!" I spat out. He didn't react on that, "we used to be called the terror twins... I once was like Sideswipe is today..."
"Good for you... what am I supposed to do with that?" I snapped. "Just saying..." he mumbled. I froze as he laid his hand on my knee and glanced at me. "What are you playing..."

"Nothing... nothing..." he mumbled, removing his hand quickly. "I have a boyfriend..." I sulked, rolling my eyes.

We drove till it was evening and Sunstreaker hadn't said much. He couldn't keep the conversation and I didn't want to try either. "Let's take a short break..."
I glared at him, "we are not going to stop now!" I snapped. "I am tired... I need to refuel—" I cut him off and hopped out.

"Merope! Wait..." he sprinter after me and blocked my way, grasping my upper arms. "Please, just hold on for a second..." he said, giving me a look. "We are close..." I growled. "Okay, okay..." he sighed. I started to take off my clothes. "I know I am hot... but you don't have to undress for me here..." I hit his cheek so hard that he stumbled back.

"Hey!"

"Turn around you asshole!" I snapped. "I can see you anyway and I have seen you naked before... so... I am not going to pretend that this..." he pointed at me. "Isn't happening..." he finished.
"Well, perhaps you get a kick between your legs if you don't shut up right now..." I sneered. He stepped back a little. I pushed everything on his hands as I was fully undressed. "What are you going to do, Merope!"

"What do you think, smartass..."

My bones started to shift and I changed into a black wolf. I shook my fur and turned around. "Merope!" I halted and turned around. "Where are you going! You can't leave me here!" He shouted. I snorted and disappeared into the night.

((Sunstreaker's P.O.V))
I couldn't believe she left me standing here. I returned to my alt-mode dumped her clothing in my trunk and hopped in, trying to find her location. It was hard, the trees blocked most of my view and there are more wolves living in the woods.

I drove around for a bit and started panic. If she finds Sideswipe I'll lose them both. I can't lose them! Not both... I did an attempt to find her but she seemed to have vanished in thin air. I felt my world collapse. The only one I am close to is Sideswipe. If he decides to leave with Merope then I have no one left.

Staying alone at the base isn't something I want. Imagine not just losing my best friend, but also my brother is horrible itself. I sighed and came to a stop at the side of the road, staring at the blackness of the forest. There's just nothing. Not even a moon to light up the whole thing. Just emptiness...

I can't lose my twin! I just can't let that happen. If I find Sideswipe before Merope does, then I will get him back... or at least... I hope he'll chose for me and not frontje fleshbag...
