I looked over at bruno and saw his sad face i looked at him with a small smile he gave one back i looked over to Mirabel her curly hair still had sand in it, it was really hard to see but i noticed it, her golden brown eyes shining in the slight light peeking through a crack in the wall "tio bruno i don't understand" she said quietly "understand what?" he asked "why you left, but did not... know? Leave?" she said her hesitant words echoed through the room and i fell silent not even my breathing could be heard "you took the vision back but why?" She asked me questions too but did not dare speak because I knew it had been years since she saw Bruno.

"Well my gift wasn't helping the family, but i love my family" he said silence had filled the room and dread filled my emotions "but why did you take this?" she asked pointing to the broken vision "Because no one was supposed to see it" he said i looked at him "what happens in the vision?" i asked he looked up at me than back down "when i had this vision" he said starting to piece the vision together "twas the night you didn't get your gift, Mirabel, Abuela was worried about the magic so she begged me to look into the future" he said as he finished putting it back together "The vision wasn't always the same like your future was undecided" he said looking at mirabel

I couldn't understand than Mirabel showed me the vision she was standing in front of the house and there were cracks everywhere, than she turns it to the side and the house is perfectly fine i tilted my head confused at what i was seeing "you were in it too" he said pointing to me i looked at him confused "you were in the vision i saw you rushing out of the house for some reason" he said i looked at it it felt like my heart dropped into my stomach "did i make it out?" i asked "i don't know" he said back i looked at him scared "what was i running from?" I asked he again looked at me "i dont know?" he said then looked down at mirabel who had her head on the arm of his chair. "Well i'm sorry i can't help you girls more, so i think it's time for you to go" he said shooing us out of his small enclosure

As me and Mirabel looked at each other while being dragged out "I'm sorry I couldn't see more, girls.." he said sadly he pushed us out the door and Mirabel looked down defeated "yeah me too.." she said quietly to herself i looked at her sadness filling my heart i felt bad for Mirabel she didn't get what she wanted but her face suddenly changed, "What are you thinking?" I asked "whatever it is stop think it" i said sternly she suddenly busted through bruno's door. I smacked my forehead with my palm, "Mirabel!" i yelled walking in behind her she was chasing bruno around he was trying to defend himself with a broom which wasn't working out for him cause she took it "If you say the fate of the of our family is up to me, me says have another vision" she says as bruno tries to get away from her by hiding behind his chair.
"Oh no i don't do visions anymore, even if i wanted to, which i don't" he paused "i wouldn't be able to because you two wreaked my vision cave!" His words echoed through the small room " and that's a problem cause i need a big open space" he said "then find one!" she persisted "where?" he asked and suddenly i heard a small vice behind me "use my room, the rats told me everything" antonio said as the three of us stared at him and he started to lead us out of the wall and into his room

We slowly made our way up the tree and bruno had been collecting small things on our way up he didn't really grab much because he was carrying a big bucket of sand he set the bucket of sand on the top of the tree and looked at me and Mirabel as we heard the thunder storm caused by Pepa's bad mood raging in the background "we might want to hurry" Mirabel says while Bruno was making a small circle in the sand "you can't hurry the future!" he said ecstatic i smiled at his sudden optimism as one of Antonio's animals sat in the way he just sat there with a funny mad look on his face that made me smile

Bruno took another couple of seconds to finish the circle of sand i wondered what this was going to do but he knew how to use id gift and i didn't makes sense though that he would need sand I looked around and than looked at mirabel, Bruno sat down in front of us and smiled "i can do this, i can do this, i can do this" he repeated to himself he reached into is ruana pocket and three some sand over his shoulder his curly black hair moved in front of his face for only a split second "alright you might wanna hang on" he said holding his hands out to me and Mirabel, i took his right hand in my left and Mirabel's in my right, suddenly bruno's once brown eyes turned a vibrant green the sand lifted off the ground to make a small circular dome my jaw dropped as i saw him look into the future flashed of it coming and going throughout the sand "it's all the same, i gotta stop" he says groaning i went over and rubbed his back "no i need to know how it ends" she said "there's got to be something we aren't seeing" she continued "your looking at the same thing we are" he said back and suddenly i spotted a yellow butterfly Mirabel must have noticed it too cause the next words i hear are "look there!"

We followed the butterfly and it seemed like the future....went backwards??? I stood there in shock as I saw me and Mirabel hugging someone " you two are embracing her" "a warm embrace!!, to make the candle you have to embrace her!" he yells happily "who though?" She asked if her curly long hair was flowing aggressively against the wind but her face changed as we saw who it was "ISABELLA??" she yelled "uh oh" i said this was not going to end well
