We had made it halfway back to my house and Camilo and I were talking about some random family things. I smiled as he talked about a pet he once owned when he was six. "Yeah we named him Sparkles," he said, laughing "really? Sparkles?" i repeated questioning him "i didn't name him that Antonio did" he said and i thought about it for a minute then laughed we approached the door of my house and yelling could be heard from outside i looked at camilo he grabbed my hand and smiled at me, "i'll go in with you amor" he said i opened the door and two fimilar voices could be heard "You lied to me dad!" I heard a female voice. I looked at Camilo and he looked confused. "I didn't lie about shit!" he yelled back i tightened my grip on Camilo's hand and walked slowly towards the noise coming from the kitchen "you have no right to yell at me in my home!" the female voice said again i let go of Camilo's hand "you are going to tell me where my daughter is you ungrateful hag!" a male voice yelled "im sure youll find her eventually" Abuelo said i walked into the huge doorway of the kitchen and looked at the two yelling at abuelo "mama?.. Papa?.." I asked. Camilo, looking at me as the couple turned around "Mija!" my mom yells knocking the chair over and running to me "my baby, are you ok did Abuelo hurt you while we were away?" I looked at them more than at Camilo. He nodded and started to cry. Mama looked at me concerned "Mija are you ok?" my Papa asked standing up and walking towards me "yes Mama, Papa. I'm ok i just missed you so much" i said hugging the two of them Mama cupped my face "i missed you more than words can express" she said "but Mija i need you to tell me if Abuelo hurt you" i looked behind me and Abuelo looked mad Camilo patted my head as to let me know if i told them he wasn't going to let Abuelo hurt me.

I looked at Mama and nodded "where mija?" Papa asked i couldn't really answer until Mama stood up tall "you wrinkly old bastard" she said her voice very mad Camilo took a step back as to not make it worse by saying anything "get out of my house don't you even think about coming back here, i thought after all these years you would have changed but you haven't! Not one bit!" she yelled Papa gave me a tight hug "i missed you my little diamond" he said Camilo looked at him funny and i giggled tears running down my face "i missed you too papa" i say my voice cracking a short second later abuelo's voice echoed through the house "you have no right to kick me out i live here!" he said and before mom could say anything Camilo steps in "They have every right and I really suggest leaving now or i can always talk to my Abuela from removing you from the encanto entirely" he said his voice wasn't raised but very stern "don't talk to me like that boy, your family may run this village but you can't do anything to protect this one" he said and camilo switched into him "ill mind you, this is what you look like." he said than switches back a small breeze follows "And you wanna pick a fight with the family with magical abilities you might need to be put in a nursing home with the rest of the old people, but i highly doubt they'd like you" he said my mom looked back at me in shock and i smiled before Camilo could say anything else Abuelo left
Camilo looked back at me with a smile "thank you young man" my Papa said "No problem i've been waiting to say that for weeks" Camilo said i smiled and gave him a hug "whoa, y/n i know im amazing but you don't need to kill me" he said and i laughed i let go and turned around "Mama, Papa this is Camilo Madrigal" i said i turned to him "Camilo these are my parents Kara and Aaron Liyne" he looked at me and than at my mom "well i see where you get your looks amor" he said and i punched him in the ribs "Owch what was that for?" he asked and my parents laughed "the flattery wasn't needed but thank you young man" Mama said she held out her hand to him and he took it shaking it and then my Papa's i grabbed his arm and motioned him to bend down cause he was to tall he laughed and bent down and i whispered something in his ear "alright" he said and nodded he stood up straight his curly hair was in his face for a split second his ruana moved as he scratched the back of his neck "well Mrs. and Mr. Liyne i would like to inform you that i'm dating your daughter" he said my mom and dad looked at him then at me and i smiled nervously "well its about time" Mama said "Mamaaa" i said "what? I'm just being honest, i'm glad you found someone Mija" she said and camilo grabs my hand and i smiled as andrew came down stairs with a crying Lee i look at Lee than at andrew "he hasn't stopped crying can you help me y/n" he asked

I took Lee and held him in my arms. He put his small arms around me and cried more "Y/n/n, abuelo said that you weren't going to return" he said i felt my heart break "why would i leave you Lee?" i asked "I don't know but never do that again" he said i smiled and nodded "never again i promise" i said wiping his tears
