Y/n's pov

I looked at Augustin and smiled nervously and tried to hide the vision but it didn't work he pushed me and Mirabel out of the way and his mouth was wide open practically hitting the floor Mirabel went into a rant about how we broke into Bruno's tower he quickly started shoving the green shards in his pocket "no no no, abuela wants tonight to be perfect so until the Guzman's leave, you didn't break into Bruno's tower, Luisa isn't losing her gift and the house isn't breaking" he said once he finished shoving the shards in his pockets "everything thing is fine" he said gabbing me and Mirabel's shoulder "everything is fine no one needs to know, no one will know" he said as the door creaked open and revealed a surprised Dolores "I know" she said before running off

"She's going to tell everyone" Mirabel said as we all rushed downstairs and to the table I asked abuela where I would sit and she smiled "right next to Camilo between him and Dolores, since your his girlfriend" with her words I blushed and looked away "would you follow me Amor?" A voice said behind me a taller man stood and held his hand out I hesitated but took it as he lead me to my seat and then sat down next to me I looked confused apparently because The man had switched back into Camilo "oh that makes more sense" I said scooting my chair in I felt Camilo grab my hand from under the table and I smiled while I saw Dolores and Mirabel having a starring contest

I looked at Camilo who was confused but kissed him before his could ask any questions I pulled away and he smiled "glad to see you are yourself again" he said "to be fair I hadn't seen you in a week" I said back sounding pouty and he looked at me "I want doing it on purpose" he said I smiled and kissed his cheek "I know" I said before sitting up straight and beginning to put food on my plate I l hand him the bowl and loo over at Mirabel who had something handed to her over her face and I suddenly hear Dolores speaking in a whisper behind me to Camilo he suddenly choked and coughed switching into me, then bruno and then Mirabel then back to himself but his eyes go all wonky and I struggled not to laugh before his dad told him to fix his face his concerned face turned to me but I just dipped my orange juice and didn't make eye contact

He started to whisper to his dad and his dad told his mom and his mom told Julieta the storm cloud came over us and I looked up still sipping my orange juice I looked at camilo as Mariano went to propose I saw Mirabel run to hide a crack in the floor and then ran under the table I looked under and saw the animals putting the vision together I tried to reach it with my foot but I could quite reach it and more cracks appeared my chair leg broke and I fell Camilo quickly stood up and a plant hit Mariano in the nose and as soon as this dinner started it ended when Dolores screamed "y/n and Mirabel broke into Bruno's tower found the vision and Mirabel is going to destroy the magic!" I looked at her angry and then it started to rain I started to get soaked as I saw Mirabel run off I almost went after her but Camilo dragged me upstairs and into his room "what was that about?!" He asked "you broke into his tower do you know how dangerous that was?!" He yelled I moved back as he moved his hand

Something clicked in his head when he saw me back up and his angry face turned into sadness "y/n...Did you think I was gonna hit you?" He looked at me his voice much more gentle this time when he spoke I just looked down he grabbed my hands gently "I would never hit you" he said putting a soft kiss on my cold hands "let me get you a change of clothes your freezing" he said he turned around and went into his closet and I took this opportunity to leave and look for Mirabel "Mirabel?" I quietly shout and see her enter through a painting in the wall I quickly followed her.

Camilo's Pov

I had turned back around with fresh clean and warm clothes but y/n wasn't there "did I scare her that much" I wondered I never should have raised my voice or my hand god why didn't I think that through I just wanted her safe I walked downstairs and made her a pot of tea and I walked back upstairs I knocked on her door and papa answered "yes Camilo?" He asked "I brought mama tea" I said and he let me in I smiled when I saw her, "mama" I said quietly and she looked at me I set the tea and cup on the dresser and poured her a cup "breathe in and out mama, deep breaths in and out" I say trying to hand her the cup

Suddenly a loud thud came from the wall and a zap of lightning him me I yelped as my gift malfunctioned over it and I spilled the tea on my side which burned she looked at me sympathetically and I smiled at her kissing her forehead "it's alright mama I'm ok" I said

Y/n's pov

I had finally caught up to Mirabel and the person she was chasing he looked at me and I smiled at him by the door as Mirabel looked at his small room in the wall then saw me she gave me a sad smile "this is my Tio Bruno, Tio, Y/n" she said sadness coated her voice and I felt bad "he's been living in the walls" she said to me I smiled sadly "it's alright" I said rubbing her shoulder
