Camilo's pov

I had been taking care of Y/n's mama while she and her papa slept they looked like they hadn't slept in forever I had the shapeshift into y/n sometimes for the hell of it to see how her mom would react and she would always laugh it was good to get to know her before she passed despite not knowing her for a long period I felt like I could read her mind she was such an amazing and bright woman and despite her illness, she didn't let that get to her and I was so happy about it she was still able to be herself in her dying days and I hope that that's what will happen for everyone else in her family her dad seemed to wake up every now and again but never too long. When he did he would hold his wifes hand and hold her in his arms i would smile and she would too "soon you two will be like this even the days you fight over things" she said every time and it would make my face light up there was this one time when y/n woke up and she looked at me while i pretend to be her and she laughed "mi amor?" i asked and she looked at me as i switched back "go back to sleep amor" i said and she smiled and nodded and now i was half asleep in the cahir beside y/n's bed her papa had woken up and took over like an hour ago and told me to rest and i wanted to but y/n was taking up the whole bed and every time i tried to get in she would hit me and she was not one to hit softly i was scared to try again so i didnt and just discided to sleep in the chair eyes closed and i was almost asleep when i felt a small finger placed on my nose i open my eyes to see Lee i smiled at him "todays my birthday!" he said and y/n had shuffled in her bed i put a finger against my lips he nodded "how old are you" i asked with a whisper and he held up three fingersand smiled than looked at them and looked like he had seen a ghost and moved another finger "four years old?" i asked his smile grew as he nodded his head i smiled at him

y/n turned again me and Lee put our hands over our mouths his on mine and mine on his and y/n was still out cold he giggled a little bit "imma take a nap now bye-bye" he said waving his hand at me and I smiled back at him his tiny hand closed the door I finally stood up and laid down next to y/n now that there was finally enough room for me and I put my hand round her stomach her snores sounded like that of a cat and I loved how priceless it was her amazing personality and she as a whole was just speechless "how did I get someone as awesome as you?" I asked despite me thinking she was asleep she turned and smiled at me her eyes open and looking into mine "the real question is why didn't I find you sooner" she said her hand cupped my face and I smiled leaning into her embrace her thumb brushed my cheek "your so amazing Camilo Madrigal" she said and I looked at her and she smiled her face was so beautiful. The bags under her eyes were mostly gone but were still slightly visible and I smiled and kissed her lips it took her a second to process what I did but she soon kissed back her lips smiled into the kiss as did mine I was so happy to be in her presents and as long as I had her I wouldn't need anything else I wouldn't even need my gift I would trade my gift to keep her in my life. She pulled away slightly panting but once she caught her breath she kissed me again her lips I kissed her again but pulled away and smiled she looked at me with a questioning look I moved closer to her and started to kiss her jawline her face had turned red as I slowly moved down to ner neck I couldn't help but smile and laugh "ahh" she said laughing "your gonna leave a mark Camilo" she said but I didn't stop after a minute I pulled away from her and smiled "you left a mark didn't you?" she asked and I nodded she sighed but closed her eyes and grabbed my hand her eyes opened again and she grabbed something from under her pillow I noticed the blue book and remembered what was in it and smiled "so y/n~" I said cockyness filling my voice "what?" she asked "what are your thoughts on me?~" she looked at me a blush filling her face

"That's none of your business," she said and I grabbed the book I quickly turned to page seventeen "really because right here it says" I paused and started to read "Camilo Madrigal, what a beautiful boy, he has these shimmering green eyes with a hazle outline, his nose and cheeks have the most beautiful freckles and his hair is fun to play with," I said reading the small entry "but there's more," I said she quickly tried to grab the book "I would definitely want to spend the rest of my life with him, have kids, and have a family" I read she was now hiding her face in her pillow "ahhhhhhh" she screamed I whispered in her ear and smiled her face was now blood red.
