No one's perspective
It's been over two weeks since Izuku was in the accident. He was giving it his all in studying to pass his finals, with Shinsou by his side, eager to finish the semester. Bakugou and Izuku haven't spoken to each other since the day of the party. Izuku would avoid Bakugou in the halls and everywhere on the way to their classrooms. The blond couldn't do anything about it. Every time he walked or made his way to Izuku, he'd drop what he was doing and turn the other way. There was no point in reaching out to him when the petite ignored him.
Even so, Mina and the gang tried to talk Izuku into letting him give Bakugou a chance to speak, but he'd neglected them. Izuku would either divert the subject, ignore the question and comment, or walk away from them. In Bakugou's eyes, trying and reason with the boy was hopeless.
It was three in the afternoon when Izuku left the classroom after doing his last exam of the week. He threw his hands in the air, shouting with happiness, as he could finally relax his mind and go out with his high school friends. Izuku grabbed his phone from his pocket and dialed Ochacos' number to see if she was free today. Unfortuanllty, she didn't answer, which made Izuku sad. Then again, he can imagine the stuff she is going through now.
Nonetheless, Izuku walked into the cafeteria to grab something to eat before calling it a day. He grabbed a homemade sandwich with a juice box because he still felt ten and returned to his dorm. On his way back, he spaces out for a bit, remembering what Bakugou told him: "Everything we've been through has been real, and none of my feelings for you are fake...please, come back to me. I don't want to lose you,"
"It's been two weeks. Why can't I get him out of my head?" Izuku says as he ruffles his pocket to look for his room key. Once finding it, he unlocks the door and enters the room, accidentally dropping his sandwich as he sees Bakugou sitting on his bed.
Bakugou looks up from the ground, and when he sees Izuku standing in the doorway, he instantly gets up from the bed and walks over to him. Izuku was about to leave the dorm room when he felt someone push him inside. He turned around and saw Shinsou waving goodbye as he closed the door, locking it from the outside.
"That stupid Shinsou," Izuku mutters as he turns around to face Bakugou, slowly raising his gaze to meet the tender blond eyes.
"Bakugou, get out of my room," Izuku initiates the conversation. He gets down on one knee, reaching for his sandwich, when the pain in his abdomen suddenly starts to take over, causing him to lose quite a bit of balance.
Bakugou immediately rushed to help him, but Izuku threw his arm at him. The blond backed away to allow Izuku to get up by himself, the sandwich in his hand. Izuku wasn't fully recovered, so doing some movements caused him pain. Bakugou went over to Izuku's desk and pushed the chair over to the boy for him to sit. Angry and defenseless Izuku was, he sat in his chair and allowed Bakugou to push him back over to his desk, where the blond stood before him.
"Babe, can we talk?" Bakugou asks in a neutral tone.
"I'm not your babe anymore, Bakugou," Izuku replies to Bakugou's questions, putting salt on his wound. "And what the hell are you doing in my room? Get out!" The boy demanded as he pushed Bakugou away.
"Please, listen to me. And then I'll get out of your hair, for good," Bakugou says in hopes of Izuku accepting. Of course, Bakugou wouldn't give up on the boy he loved, but he had to make it seem that way to allow Izuku to listen.
Izuku sighed with disbelief, about to allow his ex-boyfriend to devise an excuse for why he did what he did. He dropped his sandwich on his desk and popped the hole in his juice box, laying back on his chair to listen to the male before him.
