8 - Date

I stayed at their dorm, I slept on V's room. I didn't really sleep, I kinda stayed awake because I was supposed to change the towel on his head every hour.

His temperature as for now is 39.06 which is good but he still has a fever.

I'm sitting on a chair as I watched V sleep. That sounded creepy. I felt that my eyes were heavy so I decided to drink some coffee.

I exited V's room and headed for the kitchen to make some coffee for myself.

"Ree."

The voice made me jumped, I turned to the person who was calling me. "Jimin? You surprised me." I said, as I touched my chest.

"Oh, sorry." He apologized, chuckling. I snickered as I poured the coffee on my cup.

"Go to sleep, I'll be the one to change." He said, placing a hand on my shoulder. I smiled at him and shook my head.

"No, it's okay. Atleast I can do this for him."I said, sighing and taking a sip on my coffee.

"So.. uhm, Jhope told us that.. you're my finally letting go of him." Jimin trailed, as he looked at me worriedly.

I nodded. "Yup. I'm finally doing it, but I think it's gonna be hard. Since, he just appears out of nowhere." I sighed, holding the cup firmly.

"We're here not to make it hard for you. Since, you're tired and all. Why don't you and Jungkook-"

"Jungkook? Why Jungkook?" I asked him, giving him a confused look.

He answered me with a laugh. "He kinda confessed to us.. that, he likes you and he wants you to forget V. Everyone rooted for him." He smiled.

"Even..?"

"Yes, even V."

I bit my lip and clenched my fists. "Why don't you and Jungkook go out on a date? Give him a chance, Ree." He said, placing his hands on the back of his neck, leaning on the wall.

I shrugged. "Okay then. I'll try." I grinned, finishing my coffee.

Give Jungkook a chance. Why not? I mean, he really cared for me. But it's just.. I can't imagine dating my ex-boyfriend's best friend.

It sounds... weird?

"I should go back, to V. I'm going to change his towel, again." I said after washing the cup I used.

"Fine. Be sure to sleep." He said, giving my head a pat as I passed infront of him.

"Ne." I said, chuckling as I skipped towards V's room.

"Yes? Noona, are you serious?" Jungkook asked, shaking me.

I chuckled and nodded. "Yes. I'm serious, so where do we go?" I asked.

"I-I'm not prepared for this! Uhm, wait for me here I'm going to change." He said as he flashed towards his room, again.

I chuckled and glanced at the boys sitting on the couch who were watching us.

"Woo! I hope you guys end up together!" Jin cheered, clapping. I looked at them weirdly.

"I only treat Jungkook as a brother." I sighed, fixing the cardigan I wore. Since we're going out on a "date" I tried to look good.

I wore a white sleeveless blouse and paired with a peach cardigan. I also wore brown shorts that's paired with blue Keds.

"Then why.." Jin trailed. "I want to make him happy. He was always there beside me eversince.. this stuff happened." I said referring to the incident between me and V.
