I am Kelly Reedley.

Reedley.

The last name might ring a bell I guess.

Katerina Reedley, my sister was one of the most popular girls in school.

She had light blonde hair, which I didn't have and bright blue eyes, which I didn't have as well.

She was a year older than me and was the captain of the cheerleading squad. I was never jealous of her in that aspect. We both had our own thing.

She loved to dance and perform, while I was into music.

I played the guitar for a band my friends and I started and I loved to create songs with them. It was always a hobby of mine.

We both wanted to make careers out of what we loved to do and that was what we both had in common.

We were always happy for each other, but I had always been jealous of her when it came to her beauty and popularity.

I mean I didn't consider myself ugly per say, I was just average compared to my sister.

And let me tell you, it was hard not to compare the two of us especially since we're related.

My sister had dated several guys but her most recent one was a real keeper.

People were surprised once they saw them together, but I've met her boyfriend. He seemed like a real keeper. I liked him for her, compared to all those dumb jocks.

Oz was great for her.

Don't worry about me, I'm not lonely.

"Kels!!" I hear and turn around with a smile.

I mean, I had a boyfriend too.

That shaggy blonde hair and bright blue eyes always manage to make me melt. He always looked happy to see me.

He had always made me swoon.

I smile brightly at him from the other end of the hallway, pretending to hide behind my locker door.

He always made a grand entrance.

Ben Sinclair always managed to make me feel giddy although we had been dating for two years now.

He was a little lean and way taller than me, which allowed him to obnoxiously pick me up whenever he wanted. I'd always pretend to be annoyed by it, but deep down, I'd be happy to be in his arms.

Cheesy, I know.

I feel arms wrap around my waist from behind and I squeal in surprise as I feel a quick kiss on the nape of my neck, tickling me.

He knew all my weak spots.

I turn around in his arms and frown up at him.

"You scared me!" I say with a slap to his chest and he pouts at me, pressing a kiss to my cheek as I giggle.

He chuckles and looks down with a smile on his face.

"Sorry, Kelly Belly." He says and I roll my eyes at the nickname.

He nicknamed me after the famous jelly bean brand, how annoying.

He had been using it for a year now.

"Apology accepted Uncle Ben." I say and he grimaces at the nickname.

I grimace as well, realizing that that didn't sound right.

"I'm gonna pretend you didn't just call me uncle, babe. I love the effort though, keep trying." He says with a chuckle and a small kiss on my forehead.
