A Warbird's warning

(Five days later)

Gambier Bay was making her way down one of the Hospital's hallways slowly, using the wall to hold herself up. But where was she going?

Gambier Bay: I... have to tell... the- Ah!

She lost her Balance and fell onto the floor.

Gambier Bay: Damn...

Phoenix: Your body has not fully recovered yet. I would highly advise staying in bed to rest.

Gambier Bay: No crap... sherlock

She struggled to get back on her feet again.

Gambier Bay: Even so, they still need to know.

Phoenix: And why do you feel so?

Gambier Bay: Because, if what you're saying is true, then there might be others like me. We should gather them up and make a full assault on the sirens.

Phoenix: This isn't about the sirens is it?

Gambier Bay:...

Phoenix: As I thought. It's about something else... A place perhaps?

Gambier Bay: Stop messing around. If we're the same person then you should know the answer to this question by now.

Phoenix: It's about those two, isn't it?

Gambier Bay decided not to answer, instead she simply stopped in her tracks and put her hand down.

Phoenix: So I was right then.

Gambier Bay: All I want to do is protect them. They're so young, all they know are the horrors of war-

Phoenix: Couldn't the same be applied to you? If I remember correctly, you were built not long before being sunk. So what makes you so different from them?

Gambier Bay: Nothing, I simply want to give back to them. Those two did everything they could along with the others. The battle was bloody, Johnston took the worst of it. I even watched as the others got picked off one by one. Then the guns of the enemy turned on Johnston, who was by the way barely functioning at this point, but she fought and she fought. Last thing I saw of her was one of the Sakura cruisers dieting a full broadside into her...

Phoenix:... So you want to stop this from happening again?

Gambier Bay: Not just that. I want them to have a good life now that they're human. And besides, I have these abilities now, it makes sense that I should protect them, no?

Phoenix: Reasonable. Now let us go talk to these people.

Gambier Bay; Right.

She continued to walk through the hospital for a few more minutes. Eventually she made it outside, and from there she looked around, trying to let her eyes adjust to the bright day light.

Phoenix: It's noon...

Gambier Bay: How long have I been out?

After some more looking around she spotted the HQ on the other side of the base. taking a deep breath she began to make her way over there.

Speaking of the HQ, there was a meeting going on there. The Leaders/Important ships of each faction were there, Even a couple humans from the mainland were there.

Wales:... And that sums up my report of the battle.

She said as she tapped some papers on the coffee table in front of her.
