Natasha:
"Am I the only one who still doesn't know why she just left, what Nico wanted here and what's so special about her family?" I looked at the others expectantly. "She fooled us, so she secretly got off the subject and then left quickly!" Tony snorted once. "That's exactly how I would have done it, I'm proud of her. "He grinned an I-have-found-my-soulmate smile. "We need to find out more about her. What if she's an enemy? A threat?" "Nat, did she look like a threat when we first met her? She looked more like someone who was having a really bad day. "I had to agree with Clint". . . Well, she didn't look like a threat, but do you remember her threat? And when her father came and picked up the two criminals?" "Wait, you know her father?" Thor looked at me with a shocked look on his face. Bruce got into the conversation. "Well, kowing is an exagertaion...he's come to take her kidnappers. But what if they survived?" "They didn't survive." Thor said completely sure about that fact. "How do you know? Do you know her family?" Steve pushed himself away from the wall and came to us. "If I were to tell you who her family is, I would have to kill you afterwards. It's better not to mess with her family. I can assure you 100% that the two men did not survive. " I looked at him, there was an odd emotion in his eyes. He was playing with his fingers, relaxing them just to flex them again, something I had never seen himm do. Was he nervous, afraid? Who was her family? "Now I'm curious. You can't just drop such a bomb and say nothing else. It is as if someone has seen a movie, you haven't yet and threatens you to spoiler. You are curious and want to know it, eventhough you shouldn't. That's how I feel right now." Tony looked at Thorwith big round puppy eyes. Sometimes he could be so childish, but I had to agree with him, I was more than just curious. . .
"We should talk to her about it tomorrow. "With these words Steve left the room. Little by little the others left.
Thor:
You knew Poseidon?! It couldn't be. The gods were pretty keen on not showing themselves. Unless there was a good reason for example a worldthreatening situation or just a really attractiv person they wanted to impress. I hit the wall frustrated, why didn't I know? I had not heard anything about the Giant War either. All I knew was Percy was gone, like all the other gods, I was looking for her. Then, eight months later, she showed up again. I didn't know where or why she was gone. Heimdall couldn't see anything. There was a mist on some areas of the earth that even my friend couldn't see through because it was too powerful. After the war, we only got our information from stories. Determined to get answers to my questions, I knocked on Percy's door."Come in" I entered. It was a fairly well-appointed room. Here and there you could see some personal items. My attention was caught by two horns. One was by a Minotaur, but the other? I went to Percy, who was lying on a large bed, and sat down next to her. "Good to see you, Thor, I was wondering when you'd come." "You know me too well. It's an honor to keep you company. You don't know jelous how Sif must be right now. " I winked at her. During their stay on Asgard, she and Sif had become inseparable friends. "How are Sif and the others?" "They're doing fabulous, even though I think my Fandral is still not over you." I had to laugh at the memory. It was just too funny how he made a fool out of himself to impress her, yet she was rejecting him over and over. " Yeah, it was nice with you guys, I'd love to come back again. It's good to hear there are more friends who survived." I looked at her sadly. "Is it true what we've been told?" She just nodded and a tear ran down her cheek. "I don't know what you've been told, but it's true they're dead. " I gently wiped away her tear and put an arm around her. "They are all dead. Jason, Piper, Leo, Frank, Hazel and even David has left me. " She cried harder and harder. I gently stroked her back. "You don't have to talk about it if you don't want to. " She just looked me in the eye and shook her head. "Apollo advised me to talk to others about it, and who better suited than one of my best friends?" My heart got warm when she said that. I was happy to hear that I was important to her and meant a lot to her. She was like a sister to me. There's no other way to describe the relationship between us. I loved her, but not the way I loved Jane. "When I was gone for eight months, Hera kidnapped me. I was in Camp Jupiter completely without memories"...
And so she started to tell. Her sea green eyes were agitated and she often stopped to cry. When she got to the cornucopia, I recognized it, too. I took it in my hand, wished for a blue cookie and handed it to her. She smiled at me and accepted it. When she told me about how she fell into Tartarus, tears ran down my cheek too. I couldn't believe what happened to her. She told me everything about the war, how her friends died, how she was captured by Hydra and how she finally got here. She told me about her nightmares and that her appetite was gone. She told me about her panic attacks and that she was glad to have friends who helped her up, again and again. While she was talking I held her very tight doing my best to comfort her. We talked for a long time about all sorts of subjects, my friends, Loki's betrayal, the Battle of New York. . . until at 3:00. Then I decided to go to my room to sleep. I kissed her on the forehead, wished her good night and left her room. I had more than enough to think about.
