"Percy" A hand shook my shoulder. Immediately I grabbed the hand and twisted it to a painful angle. "Damn it Percy, let go." Confused, I looked around and realized it was Clint's hand I was twisting. Immediately I let go of it and looked at him apologetically. "Sorry, next time better not touch me while waking me up." He nodded in irritation. "You were screaming in your sleep and I thought it would be better to go check if everything was okay."

No, nothing was fine. I went with my hand over my sweaty forehead and leaned back into my pillow." I just had a nightmare, it is not so bad, are you the only one who heard me?" I asked Clint. "You were screaming quietly and I was lying awake, so yes, I guess I'm the only one who heard you." "Why were you awake, shouldn't you be sleeping like everyone else in this house?" I raised an eyebrow at those words. "Haha you are the one talking. Like you said, everyone else was asleep. Someone had to watch out for you." Sweet. "That's sweet of you, but I don't need a chaperone." "You don't? There are some strangers after you, trying to capture you." Well, that wasn't wrong, but...

"Are you in the mood for breakfast? I won't be able to sleep anyway." Without waiting for an answer, I left my bed and, followed by the hawk, went to the kitchen.

Once there, we made breakfast...and everything that went with it."You're doing it wrong." Clint was making scrambled eggs. How could you go wrong with scrambled eggs. I took the spoon out of his hand."If you say so." he laughed, amused. "Then I'll make the pancakes.""You better not mess them up as well."A short time later, we had a huge pile of pancakes. I sat down with Clint at the fully loaded table. "Don't you think we have too much?" Clint let his eyes wander thoughtfully over all the food. Indeed, we had made way too much."I'm sure others are happy about it too." I said with a shrug.Clint grabbed a pancake and started eating. I did the same. For some time we ate our food in silence."What are we going to do about our stalkers now, anyway?""At some point we will have to arrest them. But to do so, we would have to catch them. I will tak to Fury about it.  Don't worry." I nodded, comfortable to not have one more thing to add to mmy list of problems.Shortly after we finished our breakfast, Clint's cell phone rang. He answered it. "Yeah, we'll be on our way." He said after a short pause and hung up. "Fury is expecting us."With those words, he got up and gathered his things. When he was done, he turned to me. "What are you still sitting here for, go change." Immediately I stood up and saluted him. "Aye aye sir, anything you wish." With those words I went to my room.

Clint's view:I only had to wait a moment for Percy to come back freshly showered and dressed. The red sweater made a beautiful contrast to her eyes. Apparently I looked at her a little too long, because she asked "Do I have something on my face?" I suppressed the rising red and shook my head. "No no, I was just thinking whatt we could tell Fury, why we are too late." I made a big scene looking at my watch and back at her, Percy just rolled her eyes adn walked past me to the cars.

It took about 30 minutes to get to the HQ, but let me tell you, those 3 minutes were hell."TAKE YOUR DIRTY SHOES OFF THE DASHBOARD, I'LL END UP HAVING TO CLEAN EVERYTHING AGAIN." I must have said this to her for the seventh time. She just gave a provocative "Nope," which freaked me out and made her laugh.

Percy's View:When we arrived, we got out of the car. "Why are you so upset about this anyway, my shoes aren't dirty and if they were I would clean them." Clint, who had walked to the elevator, stopped and turned to me. "It's my car and when I say to leave your shoes on the floor, it would be best if you did." With each word he continued to walk towards me and I continued to take a step away from him until I felt the car at my back.I had been through a lot, but not yet such an unfamiliar situation. Clint leaned against my body, pressing me against the car. He stood much too close, I could feel his firm stomach and pecs against my body... Very unfamiliar."Clint..." i gasped shortly."What?" I felt his breath on my face. Immediately I wondered how he managed to make it smell  like mine. Had he candy somewhere?"You're too close to me."Immediately he looked down at us. Sure enough, there wouldn't have been room for a leaf between us. Immediately he took a step back and countered normally taking a breath. He stroked his brown hair in shame and quietly apologized before walking to the elevator. Apparently, I wasn't the only one who had been embarrassed.

"You guys took your time." Fury was, well, furious as soon as we arrived. "Sorry, if they want someone to come as soon as they call, you should get yourself a dog." Angrily, I looked into his eyes. Sorry, into his EYE. Now he too looked not only annoyed but angry, but refrained from commenting.

"We should go" with these words he walked followed by Clint and me into the gym. "Please stand on the round circle there, you will be scanned first so you can find out your strengths and weaknesses." As I was instructed I stood on the circle and shortly after I was scanned as well. As I walked back to Clint and Fury, he was already bombarding me with questions. "You have impressive musculature, how come?" "Don't they say practice makes perfect? I like sports and do a lot of them too." He nodded. "Good, next we'll shoot you down with little bullets Your job is to dodge these. Don't worry, the impact won't hurt a lot." Fury grinned at me while I just grimaced. I really couldn't stand him.

I walked back into the room and looked around. To my left, I heard a hiss and just saw a red bullet come at me and hit me in the stomach. I doubled over slightly and immediately went into a fighting stance. A small hole opened up to my left and a bullet came shooting out. This time I ducked. I also ducked under the next bullets with ease and managed to get only a few new holes added to my clothes.

Next we went to a shooting range. "Have you ever held or shot a gun?" I declined, in Camp Half-Blood, there were guns available but only a few, since it would need a lot of celestial bronce to produce them and furthermore, how would the mist cover a gun? Make it into a sword?

Fury placed five pistols in front of me. "Pick one." First, I picked up a large black gun. Since it was too heavy, I put it back on the small table in front of me. The next one was long and black. It was too light. Only with the last pistol I feel more or less comfortable with. It was in a bright silver and was relatively small. "I'll take this one." "Good choice. You'll only be shooting figures. So there's no point in trying to kill us." True, he still thought I was a threat. I turned to the targets. I just hoped I wasn't as bad as I was at archery. I turned to Fury and when he nodded, I fired. I didn't hit the center, but at least I hit the target.

After five more shots, I got the hang of it and hit closer and closer to the blackbullseye. "You're good, it's rare that someone learns to handle a gun that fast." Clint's voice sounded impressed.Fury took the gun from my hand." Now we're going to test archery." Uh oh, not good... "Um, I'm really bad at this...you guys better get out of the room. I don't want to kill you by accident." Clint laughed. "Nobody can be that bad. We've got your back." "No honestly, the one time I shot, I almost shot my teacher in the leg. And he was standing next to me." Clint grinned slightly. After a few minutes of arguing, Fury let himself be persuaded to watch everything from behind the mirror. Apparently he didn't want to leave me alone. When I was alone, I picked up the bow. It wasn't a normal wooden bow that I usually shot with. This one was equipped with all kinds of bells and whistles. I took an arrow in my hand and aimed at the bull's eye. I shot....and the arrow landed TEN meters to the left of the target. As I said, I was very bad at it. When I shot again, I was actually aiming forward. And yet the arrow landed behind me. Frustrated, I was about to throw the bow away when I heard a laugh in my head."Wow Percy, I've never seen anyone shoot as bad as you."It was unmistakably Apollo."Apollo, get out of my head. This isn't funny."My comment made him laugh even harder."Remember I tried to teach you that once...you have to hold the bow tight, don't let it shake like that. Try again."So I tightened my grip on the bow again and held it up."What did I say again about your leg position? You need to put one leg forward."I did as I was told and stood differently."That's good, now shoot even better and let go."I aimed and let go. I missed by only five feet this time. I jumped in the air, I was just the best."Did you see that Apollo? I almost hit it."I heard soft laughter from Apollo."Well, that was pretty close...I have to call it a night again, you won't hear from me for a while, I have to do something for Zeus.""Okay, I'll see you around. And thanks sunshine.""Sunshine? You are getting more and more creative, but sure thing."I turned around as I heard the door open. Clint Was already red in the face, trying so hard to stifle a laugh. "Dude, I've never seen anyone shoot so bad." I looked at him, offended. "Thanks. It's just that not everyone can shoot like hell." He grinned slightly, came up to me and put an arm around my shoulder. "Don't worry, I'm sure I can help you out." Before I could answer, Fury started talking. "You guys are off now, go get something to eat in the cafeteria, I'll expect you in my office at 1600." Clint and I nodded at the same time and he pulled me out of the room.On the way to the canteen, all of a sudden the Hellicarrier started to shake. I fell against the wall and tried to hold on. It was like a pretty violent earthquake. Other agents were also looking around in confusion. I looked around for Clint and spotted him just behind me.Then, all of a sudden, a red light began to glow. "Headquarters has been stormed. All operable agents to your stations immediately."
