Part 25- It's Called Love, You Wouldn't Understand

You were sleeping a dream playing in you head, a man he was covered in metal and he held a knife and gun he slashes out at you. You scream out in agony and wake up in a bed of sweat. You look to your side where a pool of blood is quickly gathering on the white bed sheets. You start to stress about how you are going to get this fixed. You could barely move. You felt paralysed by fear.

Then you feel your eyelids close as soon as they do you see the same man slashing out at you with a gun pointed at Nat's head, you scream again. You open your eyes not daring to close them again to see the man. Suddenly Nat was by your side, "Mилашка are you okay?" she asks, Nat looks at the pool of blood quickly growing in size "What happened, we need Dr. Cho."

You choke up "Man, Knife, Kill, Nat." you stutter unaware of who you were talking to. "Милашка I am here." Nat says holding your wound together as Dr. Cho rushes through the door. She asks no questions and begins to sew the wound back up.

By the time Dr. Cho is finished, you are fully awake "Y/N what happened?" asks Dr. Cho "Well apparently, bed rest isn't always that good. I had a dream and must have twisted and broken the stitches." you say trying to stay away from the topic. "It's okay, I get it. Is there a way you can not roll around as much in bed?" asks Dr. Cho. "Maybe if I could sleep with Nat, she would help me calm down." you say "Of course" Dr. Cho says.

You climb into Nat's bed, Nat follows you, wrapping her arms around you and Dr. Cho leaves. You close your eyes and begin to sweat, your heart rate rising. "Shhh Милашка, I am here, shhhh." she says holding you tighter. You slowly start to relax, feeling a sense of relief flood your body, "She is okay" you said to yourself.

"What the hell is this?" you hear an annoying voice say. You look up and see a blonde lady staring at you and Nat. "it's called love, You wouldn't understand" says Nat, a hint of anger dripping from her voice. "Hey Nat we are stuck with her, let's share some love." you say not really wanting to create drama with Sharon, having already had enough.

"Oh. My. Gosh." came a voice "Is that the bride caring for the evil mother-in-law." you look at the tall brunette "Do you want to lose your position as the bridesmaid, I have had a shit night where I busted my stitches so let's just get along." you say desperation showing on your face. Maria ignores the stitches comment and nods "Got it I want to stay a bridesmaid."

You laugh and say "Now fuck exercise, I am sleeping." turning back to Nat and tucking your face in her chest. "Y/N, we have pancakes and ice cream." says a voice, you immediately sit up wincing in pain, how long would it take for you to not do that "where, where are the pancakes?" you ask, everyone laughs.

"Were you joking?" you say in a murderous tone. "NO!" says Sam, offended. "Why would we joke about food?" he said, handing you a plate stacked to the limit with pancakes. You smile, "You guys aren't that bad." you say. "That is literally the nicest thing you've said to us since you came" Tony says as you roll your eyes.

"We should watch Star Wars," says Peter. "Ehh let's do it, we have time to waste." you reply, turning on the TV. "Someone get fucking popcorn since I am on bed rest." Peter jumps up and returns in seconds with the biggest bowl of popcorn you had ever seen. "Okay that was impressive, Spidey-boy." you say engulfing him in a hug "let's waste some fucking time" you scream and press play.

"I am your father." says Tony impersonating Darth Vader, you all begin to laugh. "Tony, Are you 99% sure we aren't related" you say adding to the joke. "Hmm I don't know, we all know his history." says Rhodey. "Can I just say walking you down the aisle would be an honour." says Tony. "Who said I was getting married?" you reply, Tony points at you then Nat "I mean chemistry." You and Nat laugh and you feel a flutter of hope that maybe she could become your wife.

"You didn't deny it!" screams Wanda "Jesus Christ kids, do you see a ring," Nat says. You faintly hear Clint whisper to Nat, "Well get a ring no one makes you smile like that." you smile at his comment. "NEXT MOVIE!" says Peter pressing play on the next Star Wars, a groan erupts from the avengers.

"Okay fine, I'll play the movie Aliens" Peter rolls his eyes and a breath of relief escapes most of the avenger's lips, All of them had been watching Star Wars for the 6th time and were bored. The movie begins playing and you sit back in the bed, snuggling with Nat.
