Chapter 2
(Avery's Point of View)
As we moved up in the line I could hear the music pounding in my ears!
"Name please." the tall nicely built body guard asked.
"We are all under reservations for Avery Taylor," said Stella
"Avery Taylor, Avery Taylor, oh I see it now, alright then you guys may go in," the guard said.
As I stepped into the crowded club the song pound the alarm was playing. It felt like the whole room was vibrating and the bass was so loud. The strobe lights were flashing as we went over to the bar to get some shots to loosen us up.
I am not much of a big drinker, but it was my 18 birthday so what the hell I thought.
"What can I get for you lovely ladies?" The bartender asked.
"Three shots for each of us, please." Kylie said
As soon as we were feeling loose and slightly drunk we all headed out to the dance floor. "I love this song," I screamed to my friends.
"SAME!" they all shouted in unison and busted into a fit of giggles.
"Let's show these boys we own this floor girl," Layla giggled.
When we got on the dance floor we started doing the dance moves we remembered from our dance we did at school! I took the lead while my friends followed behind me and others who knew the dance joined in.
People started forming a big circle around us whistling and clapping while others pulled out their phones and took videos. Which I am probably going to see on YouTube in a couple of days I thought! Well, oh well.
After the song ended we ended up meeting cute guys and grinding against them to pass time along.
I was getting really hot from being in here. So, I quickly told my friends I would be back I just needed some fresh air.
As I was getting ready to reach the door I felt like I was being followed. I opened the large door and stepped outside. Then I felt a large manly hand come out and cover my mouth while his other arm wrapped around my waist.
I panicked I tried to wiggle out of this random dudes grip, but couldn't I tried to scream but it was muffled by his hand.
He slowly put his mouth next to my ear and said, "I finally got you, now don't move."
He tried making me move along with him, but I would not budge from my spot hoping somebody would see me and help me, but nobody was in sight.
"Come on now, he said, we can do this the easy way or the hard way."
I frantically searched my brain for something useful I learned in karate to let me go. I quickly kicked the dude in the balls turned around and punched him and ran.
Let me tell you it hurts as hell to run in heels. I heard the guy scream backup, but kept on running afraid to look back because whenever somebody looks back they usually end up falling and making them an easy victim to kill, harass, rape, kidnap or whatever the hell they are planning on doing to me, but then again me being the idiot I am turned back to see that I had a pretty good lead on the dudes.
Then I crashed into something hard. "SHIT" I screamed. Then another hand covered my mouth and gently whispered in my ear. "Don't say a word, I am trying to help you those guys are bad news." As he pulled me into an alley and we hid behind what I thought had to be the smelliest dumpster.
We watched as the group of guys passed by us "screaming damn it if she got away Alberto is going to be pissed.
We watched them slowly disappear into the darkness, before we got up and silently walked to the sidewalk.
"Thanks." I said
"No problem, but I must warn you to stay away from them they are not good people". He stated
"Well thanks captain obvious, I joked, it is not like every night you walk outside a club and a random guy tries to kidnap you or something, While creepily says I finally found you." I said
"Shit," he mutters under neath his breath so quiet I can barely hear it.
"Well then why don't I drive you home just so you do not have to run into those guys again? He says.
"If it won't be a problem then sure, oh and by the way my names Avery," I stated
"Nope would not be a problem at all my car is just across the street and that's a nice name my name is Mason."
"Well hello Mason," I giggled
He just did a light chuckle as we walked to his car.
I gave him directions to my house and we drove in comfortable silence. When I finally reached my house I gave him my thanks and headed to the front door and went inside.
As I went inside I quickly texted all my friends letting them know I went home because I was not feeling good. Which they believed and texted me to feel better. I quickly jumped in the shower to cool off. When I finished I put on my softies shorts and a camisoles and passed out in my bed.
