Chapter 13

(Avery's Point of View)

I snuggled deeper in my bed and a sigh escaped my mouth. I was extremely comfortable and content. As I snuggled deeper I felt a warm muscular body next to me it was so comfortable. Goodness this person has a nice body.

Then reality came back it to me. I remember getting pulled into a janitor’s closet being one hundred percent afraid that I was going to die. I got a flash of the guys’ faces in my mind telling me to shut up and keep quiet. I remembered how they put a cloth over my face and I blacked out.

I jumped awake with a yelp sound coming out of my mouth. I was scared as crap wondering where the heck I was right now. When I jumped I fell out of bed crashing onto the floor.

"Ugh," I groaned in pain. There goes any chance of escape they probably heard me by now.

"What the heck Ave, are you okay did you hurt something?" asked a familiar voice

I knew that voice anywhere, but I did not think it was him. I looked around the room trying to get a hint at where I was then I looked around the room and realized exactly where I was. I was in Mason's room.

"Mason, is that you." I asked just to double check to make sure I was not hallucinating.

"Yeah, Ave it’s me; are you okay?" he asked concerned.

I saw him kneel down to where I was on the floor. In one swift graceful move he gently picked me up bridal style of the floor and put me back on the bed and sat next to me.

"I am fine I replied back. I just hurt myself when I fell off the bed.

I saw a look of concern flash through his eyes as if he was worried I badly injured myself. I did not want him to worry at all so I quickly interjected Mason from what he was about to say and said, "don't worry though, I probably will just get a little bruise nothing serious; no need to worry."

"Alright, but if anything hurts tell me just to make sure nothings broken." he replied back still looking a little worried, but not as much.

"Will do dad." I joked back at him

"Ha-ha funny Ave." he replied back sarcastically

"Pinch me." I asked one hundred percent serious.

"What?" Mason replied extremely confused.

"I want to make sure this is not a dream Mason." I replied back

"Avery I can assure you this is not a dream." he replied back looking slightly confused and somewhat understanding.

"Damn it, Mason pinch me already!" I nearly yelled
