“Ashley, babe, come on... Let's go back there,” pagsusumamo sa akin ni Ashton pero wala na akong naririnig.

“You can call them or make plans, I don't care. I'm going to face them first,” mariin kong saad.

“You might get hurt—”

Marahas ko siyang hinarap. My eyes were in its raging, deep blue color. “They wouldn't dare.”

Nagmamakaawa ang tingin ni Ashton sa akin. “Baby... don't do this,” pakiusap niya.

“They're playing with us, Ash! I can't fucking stand their tricks!” sigaw ko.

“Luna...” masuyong tawag niya sa akin.

Tinitigan ko siya sa mata. Nasa likod lang namin ang pack members at tahimik na nakikinig. Alam kong hindi rin sila pabor sa desisyon ko ngunit wala na akong pakialam at hindi rin naman sila nagsasalita.

“Please...” he whispered. “Don't go.”

Umiwas ako ng tingin. He was begging. The Alpha was begging in front of his Luna.

“I can't wait any longer, Alpha,” ani ko. “They're just out there waiting for us to attack. Why not surprise them, right?”

“We can go there, attack them, together. Babe, together.”

“Planning will take longer. I'm going to kill whoever the fuck got my brother.”

“Ashley, c-calm down.” Hinawakan niya ang aking kamay. “Your eyes are turning black, babe. Calm down.”

So, black huh.

I smirked. “They wanted me so I'm going to give myself to them.”

Humigpit ang pagkakahawak niya sa kamay ko.

“But they need to stay alive to do whatever they want to do to me,” dagdag ko pa.

“Rage won't do you any good, Ash. Trust me, I've been there,” pakiusap niya ulit sa akin.

Ang masuyo niyang tingin ang nagpangiti sa akin.

“And trust me, too, love, I'm still in control of my emotions,” I said, my eyes turning back to its dark shade of blue.

“Then come on, let's go to the academy.”

Doon ako umiling at kumawala sa kan'ya.

“Mauuna ako roon. Sumunod na lang kayo,” saad ko.

“Ashley, no,” umiiling niyang pagtutol.

“ASHLEY!”

Lumingon ako sa sumigaw. Tumatakbo papunta sa gawi ko sina mama at papa. Nasa likod nila ang iba pa. Maging si Ley Anne ay nakatitig sa akin habang tumatakbo.

“Where are you going, ate?” sigaw niya.

Ngumiti ako, my eyes turning black again.

“I'll see you there,” paalam ko bago nagteleport papunta sa Witchery World.

I heard Ashton screaming my name before I completely vanish from that place.

Tumingala ako upang tingnan ang senaryo sa aking harapan.

It was Witchery World consumed by total madness.

Madilim ang langit at halos walang witches na sa paligid. Tahimik ang buong lugar.

I know I am in the light side of this world. But there was no light already. The dark witches already consumed their whole world.

Darkness and light was supposed to balance the world. How could these evils be selfish?
