Fortress of Solitude | North Pole, Arctic Circle

When we get to the main atrium of the Fortress, Cyra gets a communications crystal, and Jor-El gives me the portable Phantom Zone projector, which I activate. And once we're all inside the Zone, Kara contacts us from the Fortress through our crystals, and we begin making our way to our parents.
"Stay as close as you can to each other," says Kara, "and try not to let anyone out of your sight. I recommend you hold hands."
"Don't worry, Kara," says Cyra. "If we do happen to get separated, my ring will be able to find everyone."
"For your sakes," replies a very worried Kara, "I pray you're right."
"Ring," says Cyra, "find Lara Lor-Van, Zor-El, and Allura In-Ze."
At that moment, a very brilliant Green Lantern symbol appears, and it flies away from us at Mach 42. When it gets a couple thousand nautical miles away, it dips down out of sight, comes back up, changes shape from the Green Lantern symbol to our family's crest, an upside down equilateral triangle appears below it and starts moving up and down, and then it shines as brightly as a star. "Found 'em," says Cyra.
"Then lead the way, Inspector," I say.
At this, she smirks and blasts off into the void of the Zone, and we follow suit. But then, we get attacked by a Phantom Zone Leviathan, and it's very hungry. How do I know this, you ask? Good question. I know it's hungry because it's actively trying to eat Connor. But with a few blasts of heat vision, and an awful lot of punching and kicking, we finally kill it and start back toward our family members.

When we get to them, the brilliant shine dulls down to a bright green glow before the symbol completely vanishes. We're above a canyon maze that would have made it nearly impossible to find them, because embedded in the rock of the canyon is lead particles. Or rather, a mineral that so closely resembles lead, I can't see through it. And I know that if I can't see through it, the others surely won't be able to, either.
When we land, we see that there is a cave in the wall of the canyon. "Hello?" I call out in Kryptonian.
We hear no reply, so I try again. "Hello! I am Kal, son of Jor-El, and we've come to get you out of here.
"If you are truly Kal-El," a man's voice finally replies from inside the cave, "then you should be able to know who we are."
"I do know who you are."
"Then what's my name?"
"You are my uncle Zor-El, my cousin, Kara's father."
A few moments later, out cautiously walks my uncle, who's training a makeshift spear at us, my aunt, and my mother, who's limping and leaning on my aunt for support. A quick scan of Mom shows that she's just recently broken her left fibula. "Mom," I say in English, very concerned, "what happened that you broke your leg?"
"How did you know I broke my leg?" she asks back in English with a bit of a French accent.
"Exposure to the radiation of Earth's yellow sun gave me x-ray vision, among other powers," I reply. "Now, what happened?"
"I fell on my leg the wrong way," she replies, plainly and simply. "And by that, I mean that I fell on a rock, hard. I'm lucky to have only broken my fibula."
"Jesus," I say. "May I help carry you out?"
"Please, you don't have to."
"But I want to."
