Lois Lane's Condominium | Metropolis, New York

DAY ONE

When we get back to the condo, Lois deactivates her uniform, leaving herself bare for me to see, and says, "Well... I don't know about you, Smallville, but I'm a little bit warm after what we did in Gotham, so take your new suit off and come to mama. But keep me quiet. Bridgette's asleep and has school in the morning, I don't wanna wake her up, and you know how much you make me scream."

And I can feel the pants of my uniform tighten around my netherland, so I tap my chest badge twice, which strips my uniform off of me and subsequently frees me up, and I follow Lois to her room.

05:43 EDT

After we finally finish, as we lay in Lois' bed, out-of-breath and drenched from our mutually given-and-received exhaustion, I bring the subject matter up. "Lois, honey?"

"What's up, baby?" she asks.

"We need to have a talk."

"Now?"

"Yeah."

"Is it the type of stuff boner-killers are made of?"

"Depends on how you look at it. But as much as you played 'Cowgirls and Bullriders', I'd honestly be shocked if I could get it back up at any time, tonight."

"Alright, babe. What's up?"

"We need a place to live. And I know we already have places of our own, but we need a place that neither you nor I own alone, but that we own, together, as a married couple. And I think that trying to adopt Bridgette would play even further in our favor if we were homeowners."

"So then, let's start looking for a house. I know that we can't keep moving Bridgette around from your apartment to my condo, and she needs some stability in her life. God knows I know what domestic instability feels like, being an Army brat, and all, so I agree with you wholeheartedly. Let's start looking tomorrow. Or--" she looks at her phone, "--later today, rather. That okay?"

"That's great. Can't wait," I say smiling.

"Damn," says Lois.

"What's wrong, Lois?" I ask, concerned.

"I thought this conversation was gonna be a turn-off, but I'm more turned-on, now, more than ever."

I chuckle, relieved, and ask, "Well, what do you want to do about it?"

"I want about five more rounds outta you by dawn."

"Oh, so I'm not gettin' any sleep tonight, is that right?"

"Mm-hmm," she says, and she picks up where we left off. Man, this woman is skilled. But then again, I am an inexperienced ex-virgin. My God, whether they be human or Kryptonian, nobody should be able to do the things that Lois is doing with just her tongue. It's unreal! She can't have been human before she became Kryptonian. Jesus Christ, man.

During our lunch hour, Lois and I peruse through houses, going over costs and living spaces, and we come to a house that we both can agree on; one that's close to both the Planet and Bridgette's school, it's spacious (four bedrooms, six bathrooms, big kitchen, big dining room, and and even bigger sitting room, with an attic and an apartment-sized basement, and three other rooms that we'd be able to do with whatever we wanted), it's in a nice part of town that's ethnically and culturally diverse, and it would only cost us $100,000.00! That's one hell of a deal.
