'From here on, how do we start?' Jimin gulped as cold awkward atmosphere embraced the two lost souls who met each other again after long play of hide and seek of their true feelings.
Jungkook on his side, didn't know what to say. This is out of his plan. He didn't mean to give up everything as soon as he met Jimin's eyes. He didn't know his emotion will just burst like a bubble. He shut his eyes and kept his head low out of frustration. How should he faced Taehyung now? Jimin didn't know anything about his condition too.
'Damn-' Jungkook want to curse but stopped when his eyes caught a sight of Jimin's hand. He was fidgeting but that's not the thing that concerned him. "Y-your knuckles..." He mumbled and Jimin looked at him then at his hands. "Uh... got a little bruise." He said with a faint- still- awkward smile then covered his hands with another.
"How about your nose?" Jimin looked at the worried Jungkook. His breath fogged up due to cold weather as he spoke. Soft and gentle breeze swayed his hair everywhere, it did make his it looked soft. Jungkook barely held himself from touching it.
"It's already fine, make up do the magic." He chuckled nervously and gently touched his nose bridge that still had small bruised expertly concealed under a make up put by his mother.
"That's a relief then." Jimin smiled and leaned his back on the bench. He felt a little more comfortable as he looked up the sky. He silently put his hands inside his pocket as the breeze got colder the deeper the night gets.
Again, silence enveloped the two.
As time passed, their heartbeats came to sound louder than the quietness.
Jungkook cleared his throat.
"T-the thing is... I actually don't know how do we start from here." Jungkook heaved a sigh and leaned his back just like Jimin. "Me neither." Jimin shrugged and there was silence again but unlike before, their awkwardness was slowly being swift by the air. "...but I was thinking..." He paused and faced his whole body at Jungkook who flinched in surprise. "Why not start explaining me what happened?"
"W-what do you mean?" Jungkook averted his gaze. He can't tell him about Taehyung. He made a promise!
"You... being an awful ...dork, I mean." Jimin uttered poking Jungkook's shoulder as he put emphasis on his words. Jungkook shuddered. It was cold but he felt like sweating with just Jimin's innocent but deadly stare.
He let out a sigh.
Jungkook was thorn between telling him everything or lying again about it. Jimin definitely wouldn't like the former and so his frustration came rushing. Taehyung wouldn't like the idea of Jimin knowing about his condition too and it made him more frustrated. Again, in his mind he was asking fate why it has to be Jimin or why it has to be Taehyung?
Jimin noticed how Jungkook's nose crunched up and brows linked together. His throat kept going up and down too. Jungkook is on clear agony but Jimin really wanted to know. He has to know otherwise, they can't really start over again.

From an abandoned building, not so far from Jeon's residence was a man keenly watching Jimin through his telescope. He was carefully observing and waiting for the right time to abduct the clueless Jimin by knowing everything about his whereabouts, his schedule and even the people around him. Unlike the stupid idea of kidnapping him in without any plan and with a living witness, he was more careful in executing his plans.
