32. What is this feeling?

-SOMEBODY'S POV-
"How was he?" I asked the therapist who's been earnestly watching the peacefully sleeping young man. "Still unconscious.  I told him not to force himself too much but he'd been too impatient these days. Just recently, he met someone in his past." She said putting some strands of hair in her ear  as we watch the patient through the glass window. I can clearly see the uneasiness in her face.

"And his condition?" I followed up but she looked at me with an eerie expression.

"It's not getting better. His memories might be slowly coming back but the after effects of the accident is getting worse. Physically."  She said making me sighed in frustration.

Staring at him makes my heart heavy. He had been through a lot since he was a kid.

"You've done a good job taking care of him Hyuna." I clicked my tongue as I face my friend, his therapist whose actually a doctor.

"It's your fault, I feel so attached with this kid." She uttered with her restless eyes and irritably gave me gentle slaps on my shoulder.

I gave her a faint smile. "Don't worry he needed that... He needed someone to lean onto." My words made her stop with her childish rant and looked at the young man again.

I let out another deep sigh before finally bidding my goodbye "Call me if something came up." I uttered putting my hands back in my pocket as I turn my back at her.

"You still don't tell me why you're doing this. Why are you helping Taehyung?" She uttered that immediately made me froze. I can feel her intense gaze beaming at my back making me smile.

"Let's just say I'm his angel." I said and continue walking out the hospital without looking back.

-AUTHOR'S POV-
Jungkook slumped in his seat after their meeting. His eyes still fixated at Taehyun and Jimin, who seems to be more comfortable talking to Taehyun. "What could they be talking about for that long?" He mumbled.

His eyes only averted when Jimin suddenly looked at him looking confused as to Jungkook's bothered look.

"So... That would be all." Taehyun said as he enclosed the signed contract on the VIP envelope he's holding. He just finished giving Jimin some briefing about the company's policies and regulations.

"Boss already arrived but he said he'll just meet you some time as he had some urgent matters to attend to today." He added with a honey dripping eye smile.

"Oh... Okay." Jimin answered with little disappointment. He actually wondered what kind of boss he is.

"I'm looking forward working with you." Said Taehyun as he offered a handshake.

"Me too." He answered taking offered handshake.

-One week after-
Jimin has been doing good in his new job and Jungkook couldn't be more happier as his photographer. Kenji and Taehyun is doing good also as expected. Meanwhile, their boss is still nowhere to be seen. He just pops out in their phones from time to time giving them sudden instructions.

It's the nothing new as far as Jungkook is concerned but there's just one thing that annoyed him.

"Hooo~ Good job! Good job!" Taehyun voice echoed from afar while clapping his hands loudly.

"There he goes again." Jungkook mumbled underneath his breath unconsciously rolling his tongue against his cheeks.

Flashes continued with the click of camera as Jungkook tried to focus on his job.

"Jimin ah, eyes in here." He uttered with a little disappointment seeing Jimin smile with Taehyun.

'He has wider smile for me, though.' He thought. 

"Hey, aren't you working too hard?" Jungkook almost jumped when Taehyun suddenly taps his shoulder.

"I am." He answered bluntly and faced Taehyun holding his camera.

"Hi Jimin!" Taehyun greeted.
"H-Hi..." Jimin greeted back.

Jungkook signaled the team to have a short break.

"By the way Jungkook ssi..." Taehyun faced Jungkook in his leader mode. "I want you to meet our new model for this theme." He said.

"This is Jieun." The familiar petite innocent looking girl model shyly bowed at him.

"It's been a while Jungkook ssi." She smiled sweetly at Jungkook.

Jimin POV
I clearly saw it. How that girl face lits up as soon as she saw Jungkook. "It's been a while Jungkook ssi." she said wearing a beautiful smile.

Jungkook puzzled look at first turns into a wide smile. "Jieun ssi?" He said. They must be close seeing that smile of him.

"It's nice to see you again." Jieun uttered as she gracefully bowed and put back some strands to her ear as she gets up.

She looked like an angel.

Her voice that sounded so angelic too.

The guys on my back probably had the same thought as I heard them gasps when Jieun smiled brightly.

"You already know each other?" Taehyun asked looking confused as he switches gaze between the two while I just stand in my feet watching them.

"Yes." Both of them answered simultaneously making Taehyun laugh.

Jieun immediately blushed whilst Jungkook smiled shyly scratching his nape.

I looked away.

Why do I feel a pinch in my chest all of a sudden?
