48. Destiny in Disguise

It was a week ago when Yoongi learned about what happened to Jimin and Jungkook. Their main model and best photographer went missing for unknown reason and since then, everything became more stressful for him. Not only because of business but because he was worried of how it will affect Taehyung.

Yes, Yoongi knew Jimin and Jungkook from the beginning and how they were related to Taehyung.

Initially, Yoongi hired an agency to scout Jungkook to work for him. At first, he pretended to be interested on his online blogs where Jungkook uploads his work but in reality, his reason is because he is the younger brother of Taehyung. But later on, due to his passion and exceptional talent for photography, Jungkook proved his worth for the position.

Meanwhile, Yoongi had learned that Jimin is Taehyung's bestfriend when they were still students (Refer to chapter 46). The moment Jungkook proposed Jimin to be their model, he didn't think twice and ask Jungkook to find him. He knew Jimin is special to Taehyung.

Yoongi had always kept an eye for latter for the reason that he owes him something so big, he is willing to pay at any cost, even his own life.

The 30 year-old young business man had been working hard and living his life for this sole reason.

-Past-

Yoongi was only 12 years old when he and his half- brother Min Jungho became orphan. Their mother died because of lung cancer and their father, Yoongi's step father, was long gone due to cardiac arrest. His mother is an exceptional pianist and his real father was unknown to him.

Yoongi was born talented and smart but unfortunately, he has a weak heart.

His brother was only 16 years old when he had to shoulder all the responsibility as the head of the family. But as expected, how can an innocent teenager with no knowledge of how reality works be able to support the needs of his precious younger brother?

Jungho is a good person but the burdened on his shoulder was too heavy. Yoongi's condition that time is worsening and his doctor advised an immediate heart transplant. Yoongi is the only family left for him. How can he afford loosing another family member?

'He had to do something.' He thought.

And so, the young Jungho, having no choice, took the darker side of life when he met and joined a high paying notorious gang.

It was that peaceful night in December. A family just finished celebrating an occassion from across the bench they were sitting. The familiar man lovingly hugged his wife who was cleaning the the dishes on the table.

The man beside him continued puffing a cigarette as they intently waited for the right time. At that moment, they were like predators patiently waiting to devour their prey.

Jungho was nervous but he was determined. The amount he would receive would be enough for Yoongi's heart transplant. Opportunities like this rarely comes or might not come again and so he wouldn't just let it passed by. If it's for his brother then there is nothing he wouldn't do, even if it means he would be a criminal.

The older, more experienced man beside him held a picture of a man smiling happily with his wife. "Kim Seojun." The man uttered in his deep cold voice.

Jungho gulped and pulled all his courage to ask, "Who's he sir? And if I may ask why do we need to scare them?" He was dead nervous and so his voice trembled as he spoke.

The older chuckled. Not a happy chuckle but a mock before averting his gaze to the other. "Scare? Is that what they told you?" He vainly leaned on the bench and extended his arms on the bench.
