Dream's pov

"Well...what do you remember?" I inquired. A part of me was happy for her. Happy she was starting to get the pieces of her life together. But... another part of me knew that if she remembered everything, she would hate me.

"I only remember bits of my life that included Tommy-" She gasped before she continued. "Oh my God! Tommy-is he ok!" She shouted as she began to panic. I grabbed her hands and rubbed soothing circles on the back of them, as I spoke.

"He's fine-he's fine. Since you jumped in front of him he wasn't hurt." I don't know why, but in that moment I let go of all the hatred I had for her brother. I only wanted her to calm down. I couldn't stand seeing her so scared.

It was quiet for a while as she calmed down. I was still rubbing circles on the back of her hands as we sat there in scilence. After a couple minutes she spoke up.

"I only remember bits of my life that included Tommy. Before...I was shot...when I saw him it was like something clicked." She started. I only hummed in acknowledgment, letting her know I was listening. "As Wilbur counted I started to remembered that Tommy was my brother, and I couldn't just sit by and let him die."

"When I was unconscious, it was like watching a movie of someone else's life. But I don't remember everything because a lot of the times my vision would become really blurry and my hearing muffled. If that makes any sense." She said the last part while letting out a nervous laugh.

"I think I get it." I said, also letting out a small laugh.

We just talked for a while until Ophelia's eyes started to droop and I looked at the time. Shit. It's almost three in the morning.

"You should get some sleep. Your still injured and it's almost three a.m." she let out a little whine, but ultimately didn't argue. I stood up to leave, but when I went to release my hand from hers she gripped it tighter.

"Stay." She said quietly. Her eyes were already shut and she was basically half asleep.

"I can't. I have to be somewhere tomorrow and-" I was cut off when she yanked my hand, pulling me onto the bed.

"Ophelia I-"

"Stay." I didn't argue this time, knowing she wasn't going to let me leave. Instead I pulled back the covers and layed down next to her. What am I doing?

After a minute or so, she shifted next to me and placed her head on my chest. For some reason my heart rate sped up a bit. Then I thought about what George said the other day. Do I really like her in that way? I can't. She's Tommy's sister. But...this is kind of nice. Fuck it.

I wrapped my arms around her waist, being careful not to hit her injury, and watched as a small smile made its way onto her face. And that's how I fell asleep. Holding my enemies sister.

. . .

Ophelia's pov

As I started to wake up I felt a comfortable warmth beneath me. My eyes still closed and without thinking, I snuggled closer to the heat. That's when I heard a small chuckle and felt whatever was beneath me rumble with it. Oh shit. I opened my eyes to see Dream and his emerald green eyes looking right back at me through his mask. Oh shit oh shit oh shit. How did I fall asleep on him?!

"Goodmorning princess." He said with another chuckle.

"Don't call me that." I said as I was trying to climb off the man beneath me, but something held me down. He had his arms wrapped around my waist and was hugging me closely. When he noticed what I was trying to do he smirked and held me closer.

"Why not?" He said, his smirk growing wider. Is he enjoying this?...wait...Am I?

"Because I said so." He scoffed.

"Not a good enough reason." I rolled my eyes.

"Fine. But if you can call me princess I get to have a nickname for you too." I said smiling.

"Deal. any ideas?" I thought on it for a second before responding.

"I'll think of something eventually." He laughed at this.

"So you made that bargin and you don't even have a nickname in mind?" I smiled at him sheepishly.

"No." I said quietly. He started to laugh again, but this time it turned into a weeze, which got me to laugh too.

"Don't-make me-start calling you-tea kettle." I got out in between laughs. This only made him laugh harder, which resulted in the same for me. After a little while we calmed down and just layed there, enjoying each other's company. Then I thought of something.

"How did we even end up like this? Last I remember you were sitting in the chair talking with me." I said, moving my head to look up at him.

"You wouldn't let me leave." He said with a shrug. I what?

"What?" I said as my face grew red.

"When I was trying to leave you kept telling me to stay. So I stayed...why do you ask? Are you not enjoying this?" He teased, allowing the smirk to creep its way back onto his face. Just then there was a knock on the door.

"Dream did you seriously sleep in here agai-" we both turned to see Sapnap standing in the doorway with wide eyes. I don't know which was worse. The question I would have been forced to answer, or Sapnap staring at Dream and I laying in bed together, his mouth hung agape. "Good to see your awake Ophelia...but...what the fuck?"

"Relax Sapnap it's not like we we had sex." Dream said seemingly calm. He seemed to be taking the situation well, but I could just barely make out the nervousness in his voice.

As for me? I layed there frozen, my face as red as a tomato as Sapnap continued to stare at us. I saw an evil grin creep onto his face before he spoke again.

"Well. I'll just let you two get back to whatever you were doing. Have fun fucking each other." He said, quickly slamming the door and running for his life. Oh shit. I let out a small yelp as the man beneath me carefully lifted me off of him, before running to the door after his 'friend'.

"GET YOUR ASS BACK HERE SAPNAP!" Dream yelled while running down the hallway. I let out a small chuckle as I listened to the two boys chase each other throughout the house.

"What the fuck." I heard someone say from somewhere in the hallway outside my door. I then saw George poke his head in to see why my door was left open. I watched as his eyes lit up when they landed on me sitting in the bed.

"You're awake!" He exclaimed rushing towards me.

"Hi George." I said while rubbing the back of my neck awkwardly. He started to examine my shoulder before we heard a scream from downstairs. Poor Sapnap.

"Do you know what the hell is wrong with those two this morning?" He asked looking back at me. I felt my face heat up a little as I recalled what had happened a couple minutes prior.

"Nope. Not a clue." I said laughing nervously.

"IT'S NOT MY FAULT I WALKED IN ON YOU SLEEPING WITH THE GIRL! IF YOUR GONNA HAVE SEX, LOCK THE DOOR!" My eyes widened in horror at what Sapnap just shouted from down the hall.

"FOR THE LAST TIME WE DIDN'T HAVE SEX YOU DICKHEAD!" Dream shouted back right before there was a loud thud and Sapnap started to scream like a little girl.

"I should go make sure Dream doesn't murder him." George said awkwardly while standing up.

"Yeah. Yeah you should go do that." I mumbled. As soon as George walked out the door I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.

What. The. Fuck.
