Chapter 25 Secrets Behind the Mask

Soon, they reached the sauna and proceeded to do the quick registration before they were allowed to enter. Since Nesby doesn't know how to register, Kasumi can only help to do the registration.

"Well, they say they already have bathing suits for us already, so I guess we can just use theirs," Kasumi turned around to Nesby after a worker told her about it.

"Okay. I was lazy to do the laundry anyway,"

After getting their locker keys, they got their bathing suits and headed to change in the changing room. Within a few minutes, Nesby came out with a towel wrapping herself along with a bun she tied for herself.

While Kasumi came out, she saw Nesby like that and asked: "Why do wrap yourself like that?"

"I don't like revealing too much, y'know?"

"I mean, you are still going to be stuck in a hot room anyways," Kasumi said.

Once they are done, they got into the hot sauna that was about 70 degrees Celsius and found a seat and sat down. While they were in the sauna for a few minutes, Nesby still had her towel wrapped around her, still unconfident showing her body.

Slowly, the temperature increased a little bit, and heat waves soon got Nesby, which made her less comfortable.

"Oh geez, this is hot,"

"Of course, with the towel that is wrapping you. It's gonna make yourself way hotter," Kasumi laughed softly to not disturb other people.

In the end, Nesby can only unwrap herself since she wasn't able to handle the heat anymore as she also untied her hair that she spent 2 minutes on.

"Since new sauna users just like you will say that, it's kinda normal because this is where you sweat a lot and most of the dehydration was done here," Kasumi did a few actions to express her explanation more.

"If so, then why are you still wearing your face mask in the sauna?" Nesby asked with a lot of curiosity in her question.

"Well, I sort of got used to it already since I've been here for a few times before. But since you asked me for it, I guess I can show it to you,"

After knowing each other for so long, Nesby finally knew what Kasumi looked like as she revealed her peach coloured lips.

"Woah, you looked...kind of gorgeous at this point," Nesby was astonished.

"Really?"

"Yeah. I thought you were those bold looking people when you actually had a girly look of yourself,"

"Oh, I see. I actually never hear any of these kinds of compliments before, so it's making me taken back for a while,"

Nesby stood in place for a while before she asked another question: "Didn't your parents compliment about this?"

"Well, this was originally story, but I think I should tell you right now since we finally have a small talk after so long,"

It all started when Kasumi is still a child, who is living in Osaka. Then, she gave Nesby a bomb where she told her: "Actually my original name isn't Kasumi, but Michi,"

"Ichikawa Michi?"

"Yea," Kasumi replied. "But I changed my name for some really bad reasons,"

Back in Osaka, Kasumi came from a yakuza family called the Fukuaku-kai and this yakuza clan is one of the well-known yakuza clans. Her parents were well-known yakuza as well, but one day has to be Kasumi's living nightmare.

Things started when Kasumi's father was doing some trading with another yakuza family. When the trading was still going on, one of them told him that the trades weren't going to happen as one of Fukuaku-kai's members hasn't paid off the debts that they were supposed to pay.

"I'm so sorry that I have to hear something like this from you. I will tell them to pay up as soon as possible," Kasumi's dad apologized.

"Make it quick, I don't have time to wait for this,"

After that day, the clan got furious, and Kasumi's parents were prepared for the worst after knowing that their members doesn't have the ability to pay up the debts.

Soon as time flies, the yakuza hasn't received their money and decided to have a sudden assault as he brought his clan and break into the Fukuaku-kai's building.

Many members of the clan defended themselves during the assault, but the Fukuaku's clan members died one by one because of the continuous gunshots. Meanwhile, Kasumi's parents brought out their only daughter, Kasumi, who was only 13 years old at that time.

Her parents have to be quick in order to avoid Kasumi from getting attacked. However, things turns for the worse when they reached the basement where they happened to face the yakuza.

"Eat this!" One of the yakuza aim their guns and the bullet perfectly shot Kasumi's right eye.
