Chapter 3 Falling Apart

"You never know what I wanted. We have been, what, friends for 10 years already, and yet you didn't know what I wanted. I'm so disappointed in you!"

"Ivy, what's wrong with you lately, are you stressed out by something?"

"Of course, I was stressed by you!" Ivy yelled at Nesby, who was trying to comfort her. "I wanted to be as successful as you are. You never know how high my hopes were,"

Ivy made the whole situation like a drama series, with touching parts of Ivy, sounding like she is Nesby's mother. However, people beside her felt the cringe from the scene and started taunting her.

"Well, sorry to 'disturb' this special show. But can't you just stop shooting all of the arrows to Nesby? She did nothing wrong at all," One girl with a braid hairstyle said to Ivy.

Then, another student followed her. "Plus, Nesby is smarter than you. She is also a kind person, unlike you, 'Maleficent',"

Ivy wanted to raise her hand and beat that person, but two students can stop Ivy from attacking that student. "Hmph, count you lucky this time,"

Suddenly, she continued her 'drama' with Nesby, asking her: "How did you get this much success?"

All of their classmates are not ready for this and some of them said in a synchronized tone: "Oh no, here we go again,"

After Ivy finished her question, Nesby used her hands, beats each table with each of her hands, stood up like a boss and said: "I could give you the answer, which is to work hard in every competition. This is how you get the 'success' you wanted. For me, I will just join it for experience,"

Despite all of the explaining, Ivy is still not satisfied with her answer from Nesby and she purposely pushed Nesby with her bottom landing on the floor.

Afterwards, Ivy just left the scene with so many people scolding her, telling her that she is either a psychopath or just blame her for scolding Nesby when she didn't do anything wrong. Ivy manually ignored all of the things people are saying about her.

Ivy tossed her hair in the air before she turned her head back to Nesby, give her a scary glance, did a neck slice while saying: "You will be beaten super hard, your life while be destroyed,"

She walked out of the crowd while most of the classmates told Nesby to ignore what Ivy just said earlier. This is just the start of her horror nightmare.

Once school ended, everyone headed home including Nesby herself. Ivy, who was from a rich family, has a bodyguard waiting for her.

"Open the car door, please,"

"Yes madam," The bodyguard replied with a French accent while opening the door for Ivy to go in. Once she got herself in the car, the bodyguard walked to the front left of the car, opened the door, headed in and fasten his seat belt while closing the door.

Ivy noticed that something is wrong when she is looking at her phone, her door is not closed. She quickly blamed the bodyguard for being in a rush and didn't close her door.

"Oh, I am sorry madam. I will go down to help you close it,"

"No, no need. You've failed your job as my daddy's bodyguard. You know what, I should let him know about this and fire you,"

"Please, madam. This is the one and the only job that I have. Don't tell Mr Harts to fire me,"

"Ugh, whatever," Ivy rolled her eyes while reaching her hand to close the door. Soon, the driver started the engine and the luxurious car left the school.

In the car, Ivy put down her bag, took out her earphones that she has been hiding the whole time. "Ugh, stupid earphones tangled like this," She is super frustrated when her earphones are tangled together in her bag.

After unravelling the earphones, she plugged them into her phone and proceed to find one video listed in her recommendations. She clicked on the video and the video is pitch black with wilted trunks.

In the video, the creator is showing an illegal factory that was not supposed to be known. At first, Ivy doesn't know where is this place until it all happened.

One of the workers noticed that someone is in their area and a lot of them chased up to the creator. He quickly realized that something is wrong and started to run away. Ivy also felt nervous to continue, but she wanted to know what happened to the creator.

Meanwhile, the creator's camera is shooting towards a familiar place. Wait a minute, is that our school? Ivy was shocked by it, but before she can see more, something hit the creator and he soon start to fall along with his camera. Soon, a worker walked towards the camera and ended the video. Even though the video itself is illegal, how does it still come out?

Ivy wanted answers, so she clicked into the creator's channel and that video happens to be the last video he uploaded.No one know what happened, but Ivy is already having something in her head, planning.

She smirked while taking off and unplugging her earphones. While she had an answer for her plan towards Nesby. "I finally know what to do with her,"

Meanwhile, Nesby, who just got home from school. opened the door while her mother saw her anxious face. "What happened in school, sweetheart?"

"It's nothing. Just a little tired today. I should head upstairs to take a rest or something,"

"Ok, sweetheart,"

Finished answering, Nesby headed upstairs to her room and put her bag on the floor. She is still in shock to see her friend comparing herself to everything. For no reason, the unsettling words by Ivy were carved in her head.

No matter what she did, Nesby is still unable to remove it. "Come on Nesby, forget what she said earlier. You are doing this for the school's recognition and not for that fame,"

Calming down herself for a while did help to release the burden of her body. To end the day, she untied her head, took a clean towel and headed to the bathroom.

She wants to use it to only wash away all of the stress on her. She turned on the shower, and water was sprinkling all over her. However, a single persuade will not be effective for her because her head started to have pain when she recalled today's incident.
