Damian's POV
Today was one of the day that Valeria was being a curios little kitten. And what I meant by that was she would follow me around because she was bored at home. She told me it was because Luca was busy and she only had her art to think about. She wanted to learn something new. That's why she was now sitting in the front of my class as a 'client' for counseling.

Valeria was looking classy today. Luca dressed her with a fitted maroon top with long sleeves and trouser. The outfit was showing off her body. And let me tell you, she was sexy as hell.

Valeria begged Luca this morning to dress her in pants rather than dresses. She wanted to look 'cool'. Thanks to Leah's ─ Maria's grand daughter ─ influence. With her puppy eyes, she managed to make Luca obliged to her desire.

Whipped.

Anyways, my classmates loved her. I wasn't surprised at all. Who wouldn't love her? She was kind, sweet, beautiful, and polite. Everyday I woke up feeling lucky to have Valeria and Luca as my soulmates. I couldn't imagine being with anyone other than them. They completed me.

"What do you think of what people think when they see your art?" Professor Magda asked. He was a middle-aged man with some wrinkles around his eyes when he smiled. I liked him as person, but I hated him as my professor. He was vicious when it came to grading.

"Well... I think they might not like it, or probably hate it," Valeria replied calmly. "There was a time when I wasn't allowed to draw or paint because it was wasting my time rather than making money. Perhaps my art was really ugly back then."

Fucking hell. I knew this was a bad idea, but Valeria insisted it was fine. She wanted to share her experience, and she hoped to learn something from this course. My classmates, on the other hand, were tense as they heard her response.

Valeria looked so young, probably 19 to 22 as a human. So the fact that she had been forced to work was a little bit disturbing. But as a psychology student, none of us gave a comment about that.

"I see," Professor Magda said, smiling warmly at Valeria, "And how do you feel about doing art?"

"I love it!" Valeria immediately lit up, "I feel some kind of a peace when I draw. And I also love when I show my drawings to my beloveds."

"Beloveds? Who exactly are they?" Professor Magda asked, his expression indicating that he was clearly thinking that this 'beloveds' was an important factor in Valeria's life, "Your family or your friends?"

"Yeah..." Valeria bit her lip nervously and straightened in her seat, her eyes fleeting to me for a moment, "Hm... They're my family."

My chest was warm from her answer. Moments like these were always made me grateful that I found Valeria and Luca.

I noticed Theo was looking at me with a small smile on his face. He was sitting where Valeria was sitting before she walked up to the front, which was next to me. His ipad was neatly placed on the table in front of him.
