Valeria's POV
Alexandra had spent a significant amount of time assisting Damian in understanding his power. They practiced for at least seven hours a day. Unfortunately, Alexandra had to return to Romania after four days due to her responsibility to her coven. I was a little sad because I wished I could spend more time with her.

However, I understood and was grateful that Alexandra accepted the summons from me, Luca, and Damian. Each day, our bond grew stronger, and I couldn't be happier.

What are you doing, baby? Damian asked me through our bond. At times like this, I was glad that Luca possessed the mental ability that allowed Damian and I to communicate through our bond. I grinned to myself, thinking how lucky I was.

I'm sketching. Are you going to come here later? I replied as I sat alone in the living room. It was almost two weeks since Alexandra returned to Romania. Damian had been focused on his studies for the past week. He informed me and Luca that he needed to finish some projects.

I will, baby, Damian said. I could feel that he was smiling. I miss you, I told him. Suddenly, my phone rang beside me. I smiled as I realized that Damian was calling me, then I picked up the phone.

"I miss you so much, baby. I'm sorry that I was busy," his deep voice came through the line and it managed to make me shivered.

"It's okay. Just come here later. Luca also miss you," I told him softly, not wanting Damian felt guilty. Luca would definitely felt guilty if he was Damian.

"Tell him that I miss him too. Where is he, by the way?" Damian replied. I bit my lower lip and sighed. This wasn't a news that I wanted to tell Damian over the phone, but I was never a good liar.

"Well... Luca is dealing with something," I trailed off.

"Hmm... And what is it that he's dealing with?"

"He found Giselle," I answered him. Damian didn't reply for at least five seconds.

"And when did this happen?" he said. Oh, no. I could tell that Damian was angry with the news. I didn't want Damian and Luca to argue about this.

"Uh... Y-you know what, I have to go. See you later!" I squeaked and rushed to hang up the phone. I let out a breath. That was close, I thought.

However, the relief I felt didn't last too long. I stiffened as I felt Damian present through our bond. Your ass is gonna be so red when I get there, he said.

Oh, no. I had a feeling I was going to regret that I hang up on him.

"Help me," I whispered as soon as Luca walked in to the room. Luca raised an eyebrow and scanned me from the head to toe. I knew he was looking for something that could possibly wrong with me.

He pulled me into a hug and asked, "What's wrong, my love?" I huffed and hugged him tighter. "My poor bottom," I mumbled.

Luca pulled away slightly to look into my eyes. I gave him a pleading look. He immediately knew that it was something to do with Damian because he laughed at my face.

"What did you do?" he asked between laughed. I released myself from the hug and crossed my arms over my chest.

"Saving you from the argument with Damian apparently," I said and narrowed my eyes at him. As he registered my answer, Luca stopped laughing. Luca stared at me with wide eyes.

"Damn it," he breathed. I simply nodded, knowing that he would eventually have to face Damian. I told Luca a few days ago that I wanted to inform Damian of the news, but Luca told me that he wanted Damian to focus on his projects first. And here we are.
