After the confrontation with Ironman and Captain America, Thor learns that they must work together in order to keep Loki from causing any more damage and in order to get the Tesseract back.

When they get to the S.H.E.I.L.D Helicarrier they all watch as guards escort Loki to his holding cell in the bottom levels of the Helicarrier. But watching is all they do before Nick Fury tells them to wait in the briefing room. Which they all do without any questions. In truth, they watch the conversation that happens between Nick Fury and Loki on monitors streaming from the holding cell.

While everyone else watches the interrogation, Thor just stands with his back to everyone. No part of him believes that his brother would do any of this on his own.

'Is Loki even capable of doing all these things?' Thor asks himself. He listens as his brother talks about power, how he is above everyone, and how he pokes fun at the beast inside Banner. But even with everything Loki says, Thor can't understand why his brother has caused so much chaos and has so much contempt for this planet.

"Loki's gonna drag this out." The captain says from his seat. "So, Thor, what's his play?"

Thor takes a breath and clears his head of all of his own questions and focuses on answering everyone else's questions they have for him. "I'm guessing he has the means to call on an army called the Chitauri." He turns towards the group as he talks, "They're not of Asgard or any world known. He is probably meaning to lead them against your people. In return, I suspect, for the Tesseract."

"An army?" The captain gives a confused look. "From outer space?"

"So, he's building another portal." Banner concludes. "That's why he needs Erik Selvig."

"Selvig?" Thor asks.

"He's an-"

"A friend." Thor cuts Banner off and drops his gaze to the floor.

"Loki has him under some kind of spell, along with one of ours." Natasha says from her seat next to the captain.

'Spell?' Thor starts to think to himself again. 'I don't remember Loki ever talking about a spell for mind control before.'

"I don't think we should be focusing on Loki. That guy's brain is a bag full of cats," Thor starts to glare towards Banner, "you could smell crazy on him."

"Have care with how you speak. Loki is my brother."

"He killed eighty people in two days."

Thor shrugs leaving Natasha shocked. As Tony enters the room Thor starts to block out the conversation. He could care less what they think of his brother, he knows Loki is not himself.

Thor has felt his brother's pain for far too long to believe that Loki is in his right state of mind. Even his green eyes have lost their color from how much pain he has been in.

Thor's thinking halts. 'Mind control, the scepter, infinity stones, Loki's green eyes now being blue.' He looks up from the floor as his thoughts conclude. 'Loki is under mind control and he is controlling people with an infinity stone inside that scepter.'

He steps forward ready to tell the humans what he knows, but he stops. He was sworn to keep the infinity stone a secret. If his father finds out that he's about to tell this minimal species about the infinity stones he'd never be forgiven.

'No. They don't need to know about them.' He watches the people talk and interact in front of him. 'They can think Loki is the real threat for now. Who knows what the knowledge of the infinity stones could do to this race.'
