~A/N~
I am skipping the fight scenes. Sorry. Enjoy the chapter though.

Loki stands in his cell listening to the chaos around him. He can hear the Hulk's load roar from the other side of the ship while also hearing minor explosions.
He paces his glass cell, but not for long. It's only five minutes after all of the chaos started that one of his men comes into the room and lets him out of his cell.
"Finally." Loki snickers.
Then the ship starts to tilt to the side, meaning Barten has succeeded in getting into the mainframe to shut down another turbine.
"Shall we leave, sir?" The man asks Loki.
Loki starts to follow the man out the way he came, but he stops. He can hear footsteps coming down the hallway. Loki can almost feel that it is his brother.
Loki places an astral projection of himself leaving his glass cell. Then, low and behold, in runs his blonde-haired brother.
"No!" Thor yells and tries to tackle the projection back into the cell.
"Are you ever not going to fall for that?" Loki asks while widely smiling at Thor.
"Let me out," Thor demands. "You have no reason to keep me in here."
"I do, actually. You're trying to stop me."
"Because this isn't you!"
"Isn't it?"
"No!" Thor yells and hits the cell's glass with Mjolnir, making the cell drop a little.
Loki smiles at him and walks toward a control panel as he says, "The humans think us immortal. Shall we test that?"
"Oh!" The man that let Loki out of the cell sounds.
Both Loki and Thor look over and see Agent Coulson pointing a giant gun toward Loki.
"Move away, please." Loki takes a step back from the control panel with wide eyes. "You like this?" Coulson moves the gun. "We started working on the prototype after you sent the Destroyer. " Coulson walks across the room, toward Loki. "Even I don't know what it does." He powers up the gun. "You wanna find out?"
Within the blink of an eye, Loki is behind Coulson with the scepter and is running it through him. Loki pulls it out and lets Coulson fall to the floor.
Thor hits his fist against the glass of the cell. A part of him can't believe what he just watched his brother do. Killing without reason, that is something he has never seen his brother do.
Loki lightly chuckles as he walks back over to the control panel and opens the trap door below the cell. He goes to press the red button to release the cell but he hesitates.
He looks over at his brother, who's looking at him in disbelief. Then he looks over at the man on the ground that he just stabbed.
'Is this really me?' Loki wonders to himself. He thinks back to just the other night, killing an innocent man, threatening to kill hundreds of people if they didn't bow to him. His mind goes back to when he came to this planet. 'Why am I even doing this?'
"Loki," he looks back to Thor who's looking at him with worrying eyes, "I need you to fight whoever or whatever is controlling you." Loki squints at Thor through the electric pain zapping through him mind. "I know what pain you went through when you were missing, I felt you calling out to me." Loki grabs his head as an echoing voice screams at him. "So, please, I'm here now. Just come back to me."
'No!' The voice in Loki's head screams again. Then without knowing why the glass prison plummets with Thor's hand still resting on the glass as his sorrowful eyes look at Loki.
Loki turns his head just slightly to see that his hand is resting on the release button. Then without a word Coulson blasts Loki with a shot from the weirdly shaped gun, knocking Loki out for a moment.
