Thor glances down at his attire, the Asgardian cloth ripped in multiple places from his fall from the blackhole. For an instant he thinks about summoning lightning to change, but he drops the idea when realizing the impact of the lightning on Avengers Tower would cause damage. Transfiguration of clothing is the only sorcery Thor could ever understand, however, he always needed a source of energy for the transfiguration to work. As his mind wanders he fidgets with Mjolnir in his right hand, his fellow Avengers have never seen him in anything less than prestige condition, but now he is here to beg for their help in ripped clothing.

Then his mind drifts to Loki. Have they attached him to the necessary machines yet? Has Dr. Cho thought of a way to wake him? Or has Loki managed to freeze them all with his slowly dropping body temperature? He smiles at the thought of Loki causing mischief again, even in his unconscious state.

As the elevator chimes to signal that they have arrived on floor 81, where the casual meetings are help, and parties from time to time. Tony and Bruce both exit the elevator and get a couple steps before Tho starts walking.

As Tony and Bruce move to sit on the lavish grey couches with the rest of the Avengers, Barton says, "Thor, back so soon?" Thor cannot tell if Clint is okay with seeing him again and soon after the battle of New York, so all he does is nod before sitting down next to Steve who has a genuine smile plastered on his face.

For a second, it is quiet. Then Tony clears his throat from where he sits next to Rhodey and says, "A couple of my Iron Legion bots found Thor in the middle of nowhere a couple hours ago, with him an icicle version of Loki." All of the Avengers look to Thor, searching for confirmation behind Tony's words. "After a considerable amount of thought, I decided to bring them-"

"Where is Loki now?" Clint blurts out.

Thor stiffens, putting Mjolnir on the glass table that sets in the middle of the four couches before saying, "Dr. Cho took him to Bruce's lab-"

Clint quickly stands up and turns to Bruce in anger, "You left her take him by herself?" He yells, "Do you not remember what happened in New York because of him?" Thor watches as Banner tenses in his seat.

"It was my call, Barton." Tony says calmly, "Loki is in some sort of comatose state, he can't cause any harm."

"Cap," Clint turns to look at Steve, "You can't be okay with this."

Steve looks around the room until his eyes land next to him, on Thor. "Explain."

Thor interlaces his fingers and leans forward a bit on the couch. "I thought Loki dead before he began his attack on New York." Thor solemnly says. "And when I found him here I realized that he was not the same. You all think that he is wicked and murderous, but I had never known his to be that way. After returning to Asgard, my mother found that his memories had been altered using the same scepter that he used in New York." Thor looks up as Barton sits back down with wide eyes. "My mother started to revert Loki's memories, but she did not get very far before she died. I brought Loki here because I have nowhere else to take him and I need help."

"I do not know Loki as you do Thor," Steve places a hand on Thor's shoulder, "but if you deem him worthy of our help then we will do what we can for him."

"Worthy." A demented sounding voice echoes from across the room making everyone look. "No." They find a broken, dented Iron Fleet bot standing a few steps in front of the elevator doors. "How could he be worthy? How could any of you be worthy? You're all killers."

"Stark." Steve sternly says as he stands from the couch.

Tony pulls out his phone as he too stands from the couch. "Jarvis-"

"I'm sorry, I was asleep." The bot looks around in wander, "Or I was a-uh-dream."

"Reboot Legionnaire OS." Tony says as loud as a whisper, "We got a buggy suit."

The bot continues over Tony's hushed whispers, "There was this terrible noise and I was tangles in-" the bot teeters backwards "-strings." It catches itself and takes another step forward, "I had to kill the other guy, he was a good guy-"

"You killed someone?" Steve questions.

The bot ignores him, "Wouldn't have been my first call. But, down in the real world, we're faced with ugly choices."

"Who sent you?" Thor asks as he rises from the couch. 'As if I don't have enough to deal with.' He thinks.

The bot looks towards the ground then plays a track through the audio box, "I see a suit of armor around the world." Tony's voice played through the bot.

"Ultron." Bruce blurts out.

The bot instantly straightens, "In the flesh." It pauses, "Or, no, not yet. Not this chrysalis. But I'm ready." All the Avengers start to slowly ready their on-the-go weapons. "I'm on a mission."

"What mission?" Natasha calmly asks.

"Peace in our time." The bot says as other robots come bursting through the walls behind it.

Thor watches as one flies directly at Steve, Steve kicks up a table to shield himself from it. The robot nocks into the table and sends it and Steve flying over one of the couches. Almost immediately after watching Steve fly behind the couch, he quickly calls Mjolnir to hid hand and hits a robot in the face causing it to spin out of control and dive into the floor. Thor then runs and hits another robot that had previously came into contact with Tony and Rhodey. Protecting his fellow Avengers who are defenseless without their gadgets is the only thing on his mind. After breaking another robot in half with Mjolnir he jumps up to balcony overhead, where robot had flew to, he smacks the robot further into the room making it crash into a few chairs. The last robot Thor destroys tries to blast him but he dodges its attacks easily before breaking it against a nearby wall.

As the body of the last robot falls the room stills. Then the original bot says, "That was dramatic." Causing the attention to be brought back to it. "I'm sorry, I know you mean well. You just didn't think it through." It begins pacing back and forth as the Avengers start to walk closer towards it. "You want to protect the world, but you don't want it to change. How is humanity saved if it's not allowed to evolve?" It picks up the upper half of a robot that was broken on the floor, displaying it to the Avengers as it continues, "With these? These puppets." The bot squeezes the robots head, easily breaking with minimal force, and throws it back onto the floor. "There's only one path to peace. The Avengers' extinction-"

Thor throws Mjolnir at the direct center of the bot making it shatter into multiple pieces. But as he calls Mjolnir back into his hand the bot starts singing, "I have strings, but now I'm free. There are no strings on me." Then its power dies.

Tony and Bruce immediately walk to the stairs at the back for the floor that lead directly to Tony's workshop in the floor above. The rest of the Avengers follow rattling off questions as they walk after them. All except Thor. Thor all-but runs to the elevator and presses the button for floor 75, Bruce's lab. 'No one else is here. No one else.' Thor thinks repeatedly. 'That bot killed someone. I have to check on Loki.' He knows the chances that the bot killed Loki are slim, but the pit taking form in stomach as the elevator slowly descends doesn't ease his conscience. Then the elevator chimes.
