Esme was still asleep when John B came rushing inside the chateau looking furious. The girl groaned and sat up, her eyes widening when she saw the blank expression on John B's face.
"Whats your deal?" Esme asked sitting up. Pope, Jj, and Kie all ran in trying to calm John B down as he tore the entire place up. Esme stood up and walked to stand by Pope despite the fact she was barefoot and still in her pajamas.
"What the hell is going on?"
Esme gasped when she watched John B pull Jj's gun out from under the couch.
"John B what do you need the gun for?" Jj walked forward trying to help John B only to be shoved onto the bed Esme was previously sleeping on.
"Pope!" Esme yelled when she saw him get shoved into the table. She ran out of the house to follow John B who was now getting on his bike.
"John B what the hell are you doing?"
"Ward knows about the gold. He killed my dad and framed Esme's." And with that John B was off. Esme stared ahead, her face a mix of horror and fury.
"Esme-"
"Nobody touch me." Esme warned holding up her hand. Everything Esme went through, everything she suffered throughout, she didn't have to go through? Ward framed Mario and ruined Esme's life while he was at it.
Flashback: "Dad!" Esme yelled as she watched police officers drag her father out of his house. Natalie watched as well, her hand slapped over her mouth in horror.
"Please, I need to talk to my daughter! Let me talk to my daughter!" Mario yelled at Shoupe and Peterkin. Esme ran down her front steps and into her fathers arms.
"What's happening dad?" Esme panicked as she listened to the cop sirens and all the cops surrounding the two.
"It's all gonna be ok mija, I promise. I'll be back soon."
"Dad what did you do? Dad!" Esme screamed as her dad was being dragged off.
"No! Dad!" Natalie held her daughter back as the police cars drove off. She collapsed in her mothers arms, sobbing her eyes out.
What the hell just happened?
Flashback Number Two: Esmeralda sat in the courtroom next to her mother who was trying her best not to break down crying. Esme wasn't doing so well on her part, tears streaming down her cheeks and her breath picking up. On the other side of the courtroom sat the Cameron family, with Rafe glaring at Natalie and Esme with hatred. Ward sat holding Roses hand, his face bloody and knuckles busted. No one bothered to ask for Mario's side of the story. All they knew was that Mario hurt the big bad Ward and it demanded a response.
"All rise." The judge said and everyone in the courtroom stood up.
"Mario Lopez, you have been charged with assault and attempted murder. Do you plead guilty?"
